I purchased a KTM 350 XCF-W from this dealership over the weekend. They were fantastic to work with. I live over an hour from the dealership so I was not interested in going in and haggling over the price. They understood that, we discussed the price over the phone and agreed that I would pick it up on Saturday. I urged them to take a deposit just so I could feel confident the bike was mine. They declined and said it wasn't necessary, they would have it ready to go for me when I arrived.
I pulled into the parking lot and the bike was sitting right out front with a red "sold" tag on the throttle

Mark one of the salesmen. Leaves me a message to tell me they have the motorcycle I want. But he never calls me back. I want an out the door price and he never gives me one. I talked to the head of sales. But he never seems to forward my message. I don't trust Mark or the Company. Will never buy anything from them now.

I own a honda, so naturally I went to escondido cycle center. Poor choice. Kept giving me excuses.
This place and their employee ANDY fixed my problem in less than 10 mins. Also gave optional recommendations. I'm in the market for a new bike and now I will be purchasing from them!
Also their show room is clean and well stocked. They have a customer for life. I have friends who want new bikes. I will be recommending NCY

This company is the best! Mark was very helpful when I came in to look at a 2018 KTM Duke 390. He answered all my questions about the bike, was very upfront with the price and fees, and helped me get the out the door price to where I was comfortable. I came in the following day to finish the paperwork and George had all documents prepared so signing and finalizing all paperwork was a breeze. George also worked with me with my schedule and offered to deliver the bike the next day by 8AM because I had to leave for work at 8:30AM. Cameron delivered the bike on time and I was able to ride my new bike

I stopped by NCY just to see what they had. It was the end of March and everything was pretty much on lockdown. George was there and was very helpful on answering all my questions I had.
I emailed George on what I was looking for and he got back to me with in an hour and we had a deal done by the end of the day.
I picked the bike up 2 days later and he had everything ready to go.
Since then, I have purchased several items from the parts department and another bike. Everyone

So I figured since I have always had really good service with their parts department their service dept should be the same............Well not even a little. Greg Dulmage showed me around and we discussed the differences between the models. At no time was I pressured into buying but I asked about the pricing and it was obvious that they were more willing to deal than the other dealers that I had visited previously. I recently had a valve adjustment / oil change done on my Yamaha R6 and couldn't be happier with the experience. They were helpful over the phone, efficient with their scheduling and completion of the job, and even stayed open for a few minutes after "closing" to allow an easy pick up of my bike after hours.
NCY has always treated me like family from the first time I entered their shop...even if it was for low price items. They are truly good people and I am thrilled to have them up here in North County SD.
