Mark at Biggs HD in San Marcos helped me find the perfect bike. I came in stuck on the Dyna family, but Mark suggested I take a 21 softtail Low rider S for a spin, despite my distaste for soft tails. Boy am I glad I did. He definitely got me set up with my favorite out of all the Harley’s I have owed! He stayed after closing to work with me and really made it happen. I’ve purchased multiple Harley’s and mark has been by far the best salesmen I have ever dealt with and really has me sending everyone I can to come see him up at Biggs!

What an Amazing Experience. Bought a used Road Glide CVO from Mark and could not have been an easier experience. No pressure. Worked the deal for a win win for all involved. Mark is one of the most professional sales people in any industry i have worked with.

Great experience here at Biggs HD in San Marcos. Bought my first ever Harley, a 2021 Low Rider S! All the staff, especially Mike and Joshua, were super friendly and made the purchasing experience stress free and went out of their way to help me with financing and insurance options. I believe this is also the only family-owned HD dealer in the San Diego area (i.e. no corporate BS/or dealer mark-up). Could not recommend highly enough.

Best Harley shop in SD... No fuss, great pricing and knowledgeable sales staff. Mark B and his team did a great job helping me get into my new bike. I went to 5 different Harley dealers and met a lot of great people and they all have their strengths but ultimately I had the best experience at Biggs and in particular working with Mark Bradley. He got me a great deal, was very knowledgeable, and overall brought the most balanced vibe that I appreciated the most. I’d highly recommend working with him and Biggs in general.

I bought a bike that was just over a year old from Biggs. It had just over 4,000 miles on it. I was told before I bought it that they had done the 5,000 mile service on it. I rode the bike and a year later took it in San Diego HD to have an oil change only to find that Biggs had not done the 5,000 mile service like I was told they did. Cody, who sold me the bike told me they had. I remember it very well. At the time I bought the bike the service was even factored into the price and they wouldn’t come down anymore because they said it had the service. Also at the time I bought
