I visited Dr. Nash today for an appointment and it was amazing! The staff is very friendly and I was in and out within 30 minutes. My pharmacy messed up my prescription, so when I called back the medical assistant, Katie, was able to talk to me and fixed the issue in under an hour. She also gave me so many amazing samples which was such a plus!

I love love coming here! Dr. Gonzales is so kind and informative! He never tries to push products or services I don't need. He always listens to my concerns and answers all my questions thoroughly. This is the cleanest doctor's office I've been to. The entire staff is great. I've been coming here for years and I'll keep returning as long as Dr. G is still practicing. 10/10 recommend!

I have been seeing Dr. Gonzales for years! He has really improved my complexion with topical medications and the resurfx laser treatment. The laser helped soften up old acne scarring that I've had since I was a teenager and now everyone compliments me on my skin tone!
Dr. Gonzales has helped me with other cosmetics as well! (botox, fillers, etc.) I always leave the office looking refreshed and still like myself.
I highly recommended this office not just for cosmetic but for any dermatologic issue! The staff is very friendly and accommodating to your needs.

I got a silk peel from the office's newest esthetician, Lisa, and I can't recommend her enough! She is so sweet and funny and made my first dermaplaning experience such a breeze. Ask her about how she worked with THE Laura Mercier!

I have no issues with the medical care I have received in this practice, which I use for skin cancer screenings and follow up. However, the staff has a cavalier attitude toward COVID protection, and it is almost impossible to get in touch with a human when calling their practice unless you have a half hour or so to stay on hold. Guessing their target population is cosmetic rather than medical dermatology (they bought the practice of my former dermatologist), but these issues would apply to everyone....rather they want to enhance their appearance or be sure they are not suffering from melanoma

I've been a patient of Dr. Gonzalez since I first came to San Diego in 2009. Dr.Gonzalez has been paramount in the care of my skin and has become the only person I trust when it comes to the care of my skin! I visited Dr. Gonzales for a skin infection in Summer of 2020. After a lot of research, I had a strong suspicion of what my diagnosis was. I repeatedly shared with him where I had traveled, what I believed my diagnosis to be and the medication I needed, but he kept rejecting the possibility.
Instead, he kept prescribing me different types of antibiotics, which I knew would not work because I had already started a course that yielded no resolution. When I started seeing Dr. Gonzales 10 years ago I felt he was very professional and had excellent bedside manor. As I continued to see him over the years to get treat my acne, I witnessed his growth as he added other physicians and offices. As he's grown professionally the quality of care and the quality of staff has deteriorated. Be cautious of you're intend on having your insurance cover your care. The biller never answers the phone and expects you to be waiting by the phone when she deciders to call you back. All this office cares about is their bottom line.

I visited two locations for this practice. First was for a wart and mole removal. The second was follow up to the initial wart removal. My experience during the wart and mole removal was very good during the medical process and no issues on my end.
The problem comes from this group's billing practices as a result I will never go again. If you go, then I recommend you are very clear on the costs. During my first visit, I made it very clear to several people I was paying out of pocket/self pay and do not submit anything to insurance. When I was checking out they gave me the total bill
