WET COAT PAINTING FACILITY WITH BAKE/CURE CYCLE - 14'-6" wide x 14'-6" high x 42' long booth capacity, HVLP spray equipment, heated phosphatizing equipment, rolling and adjustable paint racks and fixtures. Can handle large or small projects. Can have dry and ready for shipment in hours.
FABRICATION/WELDING (GMAW, GTAW, ARC) - many different types of equipment and tools from multiple XMT welding stations, liquid cooled Syncrowave TIG unit, high output bandsaw (14 wide cut capacity), and hydraulic hose crimping.DESIGN/ENGINEERING - trained professionals fluent in AutoCAD and SolidWorks.
