In 1971, at the age of 14, our Founder and President Greg Smiltneek began running mills and lathes, learning the machining trade from his father. Later, in 1988, he took his knowledge and skills and founded Resource Machining & Welding Corp. For 30+ years, Resource Machining and Welding headquartered in Pewaukee, Wisconsin, has fostered a reputation of providing cost-effective manufacturing solutions for new proprietary products.
