Often, people think that estate planning is only for the wealthy, which couldn't be further from the truth. Single or married, hetero or same-sex couples, with or without children, regardless of age of financial status, everyone deserves and needs an estate plan.
In the United States, assisted reproductive technology and surrogacy have been utilized for decades, however, their acceptance is not universal. Some countries have an outright ban on both compassionate and compensated surrogacy, while others restrict surrogate compensation to reimbursement of medical expenses only.

The McArthur Law Firm was recommended to us by our Financial Planner. They have been phenomenal! Very professional, reasonable and low-key. We had some more complex estate planning because we had to tie into some points from my in-law's trust and wills from another state. I never felt rushed and thought they were very detailed and thorough.
