I'm a writer, my whole world is in my laptop. And mine went toes up on me in the middle of a looming deadline. My laptop screen was on the fritz and found Russ was close to my work. He replaced my touchscreen in a few days (had to order it) and it worked like brand new! The night I brought it home I couldn't connect to the internet. After trying a few fixes myself, I could not figure out why my laptop couldn't detect my internal wireless card. I took it to Russ the next day and he found that my wireless card had gone bad and replaced it for a reasonable price. He even offered to pick it up and drop it off from my work since it was close by! I highly recommend Russ!
