It's very rare when you call a property management company and the actual owner picks up the phone! Mark and Niki are a wonderful team at what they do. This was my first time going into the property management world and they did an excellent job at communicating the requirements, expenses, and business model up-front. Found this company off Google and they have not disappointed. They currently manage my property after I decided to switch to them at the end of my management agreement with another company. The leasing staff is also great to deal with. Leased the vacant property very quickly.

I am currently renting my second property from Rentlife Property Management. Mark is extremely professional, a tentative and very prompt in repairs and needs around the property. The first thing I noticed about Mark was that he answers the phone himself...and he always answers the phone. I cannot speak highly enough about how responsive Mark is. He always responds almost immediately - no matter how you contact him... phone, text, email. Mark helped us repair our rental property and provided valuable advice from his own experience. Once we decided to sell, Mark and his team immediately went into action listing and showing the property. I highly recommend RentLife Property Management.

This is the first month in our house and so far, my experience with RentLife has been great! The online application process was really easy. Nick was the agent and he was great as well. I called him late and asked to view the house and he was able to show us the property on short notice. We viewed the property Monday night and got approved Tuesday afternoon. The property manager, Mark, has been super professional, responsive, and helpful. They've gone above and beyond so far in getting any maintenance issue fixed and without any problems. Would definitely recommend!
