I stay in one of your properties and I’m very disappointed with the quality of living. I was moved into a unit without notification of a prior roach infestation. My apartment is next to uninhabitable And becoming worse by the day. I can’t go 5-10 minutes without seeing a roach. It’s ridiculous. They’re in my dishes, my restroom, my clothing, they get on my guests.Im very unhappy.

I am currently living in the Huxley and IT IS THE WORST APARTMENT COMPLEX I HAVE EVER STAYED IN. My ceiling leaked literally a week after moving in sept of this year. Til this day it has not been fixed. The holes are still there. If I could post a picture I would. It leaked again today and this time my tv was damaged. Oh, not to mention initially I was promised and I even signed a contract claiming one month free of rent. That never happened. There are roaches everywhere. Drug dealers everywhere. The apartment complex claims they renovated . Hahaha. DO NOT MOVE INTO THIS COMPLEX OR ANY PROPERTY

I tried to lease in one of your properties Oyster Creek in Lake Jackson, but it was the worst of the worst apartment when I walked in to it. Of course I did not stay, and of course they did not want to return my money and dismiss the lease agreement. Now I am going to hurt my credit because I did not qant to stay in a place full of mold and dirtyness everywhere. WORST PLACE EVER!!!
