Fratelli's is proud to feature an authentic wood fired brick oven. Imported from Italy and hand crafted from cotto refractario (refractory clay) quarried high in the hills of the Tuscan Countryside, our Refrattari Valoriani "forno a legna" is modeled after the traditional ovens that were at the center of Italian Family Life.

Placed a delivery order to Atlantic Highlands (10-15min away) on a Sunday night. Was told it would be an hour. An hour and half later was told it was out. Over two hours later driver shows up. I cancel order and tell him bring food back as it’s two hours since order was placed. Woman call from restaurant rudely demanding to know what the issue is. Well we called twice so you are aware of issue. YOUR SERVICE IS HORRIBLE and YOUR STAFF IS UNPROFESSIONAL.

My family and friends have been coming here for years - since I was a kid. Everything they serve is absolutely delicious. Addicted to their wood oven pizza and their entrees are nothing but perfect. Michele offers really wholesome creations that make you mouth water and savor every single bite. It's like a love drama where you keep thinking of your meal throughout the week contemplating when you can get back for more lol. No joke. The Mazza family are wonderful people. They truly get to know their customers and treat all like family.

Was just there and ordered a great and delicious sub. Also ordered a rice ball, pretty awful. It was cold on the inside, when I took a bite it crumbled and the bread crumbs on the outside was burnt and tasted burnt. Yellow rice(?- not white), with no more than a 1/4 cup of rice (very small rice ball) with little meat and hardly any cheese for the cost of $4.75!!!?. I don't mind spending a bit more if I get something good. Disappointed, do NOT recommend the rice ball!!!

This past Saturday I hosted a baby shower for 40 people. Dining room was set up beautifully. Michelle was helpful with the menu and the food chosen was delicious and plentiful. The servers worked hard to accommodate all of my guests requests. Do not hesitate to book your affair with this family owned restaurant. You will not be disappointed!
