We are looking for a dynamic, "hands-on" leader for our manufacturing facility in Hampton, Virginia. You will be responsible for ensuring manufacturing excellence by demonstrating leadership in the shop and driving results through collaboration and accountability across the entire organization.

I’ve been working at Riggins for going on three years. In those three years Riggins was pretty good at making sure i had at the very least forty hour checks. They supply a reasonable insurance and match a 401k. The shop is clean and they supply most tools. So far Riggins has taken care of their employees even during the “pandemic”. Top wages and a Solid place to work.
