After years of being to scared to go to a dentist I arrived at downtown dental. They are a friendly, welcoming office that is transparent about pricing and services. They have assisted me in getting on the right track with my dental health and have been supportive and kind throughout the process. I will not go anywhere else while I am living in Cleveland.

Dr. Lu and his team offer the best dental service I've had! Krissy, AJ and Shelby have all been really helpful and welcoming, and Dr. Lu has taken care of me both routinely and for two dental emergencies and I received stellar care all the times I've been here! They even helped me navigate some temporary insurance issues I faced and I've always felt welcomed when I call or come in. I'd highly recommend Downtown Dental Services to everyone in the area.

First time going here and the entire staff is super nice and welcoming! Answered all my questions as well. I was also very pressed for time and for a first visit they moved very quickly just to help me get in and out in a timely manner. The dentist is also super nice and very good at explaining things as well. Not a fan of going to the dentist, but def will be going back soon!

I’ve been through several dentists. I will say without reservation that Tony and his staff are the best team I’ve had. Everything from the Shelby the hygienist to meeting Tony himself was amazing. They are extremely caring and professional. Tony doesn’t try and sell you products like most places. He’s very much about making sure you’re comfortable and giving you options for your treatment plans that are easy and affordable. He’s very straightforward and kind while doing it. I would recommend them to anyone.

Dr. Tony is amazing! I’ve moved 7 times in the past 7 years and by far the best dentist I’ve ever had! Feels like home whenever I walk in downtown Dental. His assistant Krissy is so sweet and patient with me. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a new dentist, they’ll even verify your parking pass!

Staff is welcoming and very friendly. The dental hygienists are knowledgeable and provide quality care during exam and cleaning. Dr. Tony is pleasant, caring, and explains what he is doing during exam. He will kindly tell you how it is and what can help. This office also will go over costs associated with treatment prior to use so you are no hit with unexpected costs. Overall one of the best dentists I've been to.

Set up an appointment with this place for the first time because of an emergent tooth infection. Receptionist was very rude. When I expressed my concern she laughed and had an attitude from the beginning. When there was an issue concerning insurance info and SSN she became very angry and said she will not listen. She instead started behaving very rudely. When I was trying to express how I felt she was being very unprofessional and I was unhappy with the way she was treating me, she did not let me talk and became extremely angry and said "she is not having a conversation with me and will not
