Dr. Meredith Distante earned her medical degree with honors at the National College of Natural Medicine, and her BA from the University of Pennsylvania where she studied pre-medical sciences.

New Patient Office Visit: As a new patient, our physicians will get to know you as a whole person, determining the underlying root cause of your health concerns through an extensive health history and often a focused physical exam. It is also common to review any lab work that has been done in the past and order new labs as needed.
If you are unable to keep an appointment, 2 business days notice is required to reschedule or cancel your appointment, so that we may make that time available to other patients who may need it. For missed appointments, or cancellation with less than 2 business days notice, you may be charged $55.00.

If you are in need of supplements, please call the office and we will prepare your order and connect with you for curbside pick up, or shipment. We provide a safe and convenient way to shop for practitioner-trusted vitamins and supplements.

Dr. Distante was wonderful in helping me cure my eczema. She was patient and thorough. I went to her for eczema, but I will continue to use her as my primary care Dr. I never feel like I'm in a Dr.'s office while I'm there. It's always comfortable and I don't feel rushed. Also, and very important to me, her staff is friendly and kind.

Dr. Distante has been my Naturopathic Doctor for the past few years, and I couldn't be more pleased. Her clinic is so warm and welcoming, and so is she! She makes our visits so incredibly comfortable, and you can tell just how much she truly cares about her patients and takes the time to address the overall health and well-being of her patients. I have never felt "rushed" through an appointment, and her level of knowledge and care is outstanding. I look forward to continuing to be a patient of hers for the many years to come! In addition, her receptionist, Anna, is also always so incredibly sweet

I'm so grateful to have found Dr. Beck. I had been seeking medical help for a food allergy for over a year and the traditional doctors just brushed me off and told me to take an allergy pill everyday! Dr. Beck took the time (90 minutes) and got to know me, my history and did some simple testing to determine my food intolerances and now I'm good to go. Dr. Beck takes the time for her patients and you never feel rushed. She will be my doctor for the rest of my life now.

Life changing!!! After 2 years and 3 Primary Care Dr.'s from that big clinic in Vancouver I decided to see Dr. Beck at Blossom. I had previously been put on high doses of pain meds for nerve pain and was told I would be on them the rest of my life. Thanks to Dr. Beck I am not pain free and off all pain meds. She also has diagnosed and treated other aliments that I had been explaining to previous Dr.s to no avail. She has also eliminated my teen daughter for migraines that she was having almost daily that her primary Dr. was unable to get under control. My mom has had a life changing experience

Dr. Beck has been my naturopath for about a year and I am very pleased with everything so far. My health and well-being has improved in several areas as a result of her treatment plans, including PMS symptoms and digestive issues. She's a compassionate and empathetic listener and you can tell she really cares. She also doesn't rush you and is super thorough with her evaluation.
