As a Board Level Certified Repair Center, we complete repairs for Apple, Nokia, Motorola, LG, UT Starcomm, Kyocera, Sony Xperia, Blu, and Samsung.

We have in-store repair technicians that are employees of Action Link Wireless and all repairs are done in house. Most repairs are completed within 3 days. If your part is in stock, we will even repair it while you wait.

If this is the case we will contact you before the repair is completed. We have done over 800 of these "outer glass" repairs & less then 2% have had to have the lcd/digitizer assembly repaired.

The guy who fixed my phone was super professional and the timing worked out perfect. I only had about a 30 minute wait between when I got there to pick it up and having it back in perfect shape. 10 out of 10 would go to him again for future repairs. The price was reasonable too; cheaper than buying a new phone without worrying about losing any of my stored info or the hassle of transferring it all to a new one. I'd highly recommend Action Link to anyone needing phone repairs!

I left telling Charlie that I'm leaving a bad review and in short saying he sucks. The truth of the matter is besdies the lengthy time--which was not necessarily his fault. Side note, I really hate FedEx. The experience was wonderful, and the price is very reasonable. I would definitely recommend going there for all your fixing phone and electronic needs. Thank you for turning a horrible and traumatic situation into a fixed phone. Much obliged.

My experience was great! Parts availability and shipping on a current model phone can be frustrating, but a far cry out of Charlie's control. I took my phone in to have the back plate replaced, and Charlie had it up and going in the committed time frame of 1 hour. I got it back and was happy with the quality of repair he performed. He let me know that there have been rare cases of the adhesive letting up, and said he stands behind his work and to bring it in if I have any issues at all. I feel he is a committed business owner to his clientele, and striving to keep his customers happy. Thank you

The absolute worst technical support/customer service experience I have ever had. My laptop wouldn't charge and I assumed the battery was fried; I brought it here from a reference and was told it would be fixed in a week. I picked it up a week later, went home to charge it, same problem.
I brought it back a little frustrated and was told that it wasn't actually the battery that had been the problem, but the charging port. I was told he would order one and have it ready the following Tuesday, after Memorial Day. Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday go by, and I don't get a call. Finally, on Friday, I call

Disappointing beyond belief, just got my phone back, took it in for a cracked screen and got it back all torn apart, yes the screen got fixed but now the phone integrity is compromised as hell, no longer water proof that's for sure, you can clearly see the glue they use and the phone is overheating like crazy. It's not the first time this happens, years ago I took my blackberry key one and the same thing happened. Don't waste your time and money, I can almost asure you'll be better off buying the piece and doing it yourself.
