Awesome customer service. Helped me figure out best advice for problem with macbook. They care more about keeping customers happy than making money, can't find that just anywhere anymore. We had 801 Computers work on our Toshiba Laptop today. This was by far the easiest process for getting our hard drive replaced and data transferred.
We dropped computer off in the morning and it was ready in the evening. Really fast service, easy to work with, explained details and saved us $150 to $200 dollars. That is compared to Big Box Store pricing, so We would Highly recommend this company. The Senior Programmer at Microsoft suggests its users add third party anti-virus protection to all computers with Windows installed.
