We ordered some games from carnival time for our employee appreciation day at the office. Let me start off by saying ED is a great personality and good people! He came on time set everything up for us and when it was time to leave he broke everything down himself and load it up. Two things I have to complain about unfortunately was, the dunk tank didn't dunk when it was supposed to so we had to run up and hit it for someone to get dunked. It looks a little old and used like most of the carnival games, Ed said that he'd give us a discount for the next time we ordered some games. Which

I would highly recommend! Only called with a weeks notice and not only did they accommodate me on my date, they had exactly what I needed and they were cheaper than anywhere else. Showed up half hour before my event to make sure it was set on time, they positioned it exactly where we wanted it go in order to avoid some rain. It was a hit and the extra large house fit quite a few kids, we had 12-15 small kids in there at one point. I will be using them again for sure!

Exceptional customer service. And while Ed was ultimately unable to get us what we needed, it was not for lack of effort. He called me back twice trying to help accommodate us after a different vendor backed out on us at the last minute. I wish I had seen his website earlier, because his prices are very competitive. I should've picked him first! Lesson learned.

Every year my family hosts a community event and have used multiple companies for bounce houses, generators, etc. Several years ago I ran across Carnival Time and haven't thought about using another vendor since. The owner is very professional, the prices are beyond reasonable, and they have a large assortment of bouncers and equipment. Delivery and set up was fast and I really appreciated the safety rundown he gave the kids. Carnival Time is hands down the best around! If your looking for quality at a reasonable price, you found it!
