I ordered a bouncy house to own but it did not arrive in time, I ordered the night before the party and they were so helpful in getting me a great bouncy house I ordered it from 12 to 5 ( they offer it for 6 hr) it was at my house and set up by 10 am the gentleman was nice have great info asked what time for pickup I said party is over at 5 so anytime after that no rush . They picked it up about 8 pm so my girls got so much extra time with it I will absolutely order from them again not only great chooses but the best price out there.

Easy to reserve. Email and Phone call made to confirm. Even checked in day of rental as it was forecasted to rain and they wanted to make sure we were still good to proceed with our bounce house rental. Workers on time and product was of a very high quality. Most importantly my son and his friends were so happy! The squeals made my day.

Absolutely recommend! The process to rent it is so easy! You can check availability and then get a quote and then make your deposit all online. You also only have to pay a deposit (mine was $100) and then you have until a week before the event to pay it off (VERY handy for someone like me lol) I also made the stupid mistake of not paying for the bouncy house and then realizing like a few days before that we never went through with the quote. The man who answered said it was still available and allowed us to make the payment over the phone. Life saver!! (Especially cause I already told everyone

Highly recommend and will 100% book again! Saturday around 3pm I decided to look for a bounce house for Sunday. Captain Bounce House sent a quote right away and when I had questions they called me. Very polite over the phone.
Fast forward to Sunday, they arrived early for set up. The staff was polite, friendly and very thorough on set up. Communication was great for arrival and pickup times. Thank you!! My son had a awesome 2nd birthday!

Great service. Lovely set up crew. Just a little hiccup at first when calling. Communication issues, probably because I cant say my R's or maybe not. I paid for 4 hours and was able to keep the bounce house for 8 hours because it worked best for their schedule. The bouncer was nice and big and most importantly clean. I will be using them again next time if I'm in town.

The whole experience was wonderful, the person who took my call was so nice and helpful.
They set up the bounce house early and it was enjoyed all day, and then came and picked up everything like ninjas in the night!
I wish we could rent this bounce house every weekend, it was the best part of my daughter's birthday.

Amazing. Jennifer on the phone was so nice and helpful and was able to get everything I needed for my daughters birthday two days before the actual party! Shorty & Carlos the men to drop off the bounce houses were absolutely the best hands down. So friendly so fast and just probably the best set up guys my family has every encountered. On top of all of that they showed up early and my kids were able to jump for an hour before scheduled! Ill definitely be renting from them again! Thank you so much.

I reached out to Derek about 2 hours before and he came through! Set up about 45 minutes before the party!

Thank you!! We had a flawless experience with them and it made my sons birthday party super special. The communication was awesome from the online quote, to booking, scheduling, delivery and pick up. I also loved that when they came to pick it up they wiped it down thoroughly inside and vacuumed. Nice to know they actually clean and sanitize after each party. I literally has to do nothing except show them the yard. Thanks so much!! My son is only two so you've got us as customers for many many years to come. You rock!!

We made our reservation about a month in advance. Had a couple questions and received a response very quickly. A man showed up at 10am to set up. Very friendly. Kids had a great time and the bounce house was high quality. Then he picked up around 5pm. Overall our experience was excellent. The company was responsive, friendly and organized.

I was able to make a last minute reservation online the day before my son's birthday. It was effortless. After making the reservation I immediately received an email confirmation. The day of the party I received a phone call letting me know my bounce castle would be delivered 1.5 hr early to ensure it was ready for my event. Delivery was prompt and I didn't have to do anything . The bounce castle was clean and in good condition. My kids and their guests had a blast . Wow! What an excellent experience from start to finish. My husband spoke with a couple different employees on the phone during the planning process, and he said they couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. Due to crazy weather, we were in a really tough position on whether to rent the house or not, and the employees were so understanding and went above and beyond. We ended up renting the house for our daughter's 3rd birthday, and it made the party to say the least! They drove from Tacoma all the way to our house in Seattle, and were punctual and professional. Great experience from start to finish! Booked the Magic Combo for my son's second birthday party. Jennifer responded to my initial inquiry right away and was happy to talk me through all our options. We even had to change the date a few weeks out and she was able to move our reservation to the busy Seafair weekend with no issues. She was great about communicating setup and breakdown times, and the staff who arrived were prompt, professional and friendly. The quality of the bounce house was exceptional and everyone had a blast. Highly recommend!!!

We had a great experience with Captain Bounce House for our daughter's birthday party. They were prompt and courteous. The bounce house was excellent - better than most i've seen elsewhere with a cool climbing section and slide. It was really clean (looked brand new) and they had it set up and taken down in our yard very easily. Will definitely be calling them again for her party next year!

It was our first time renting a bounce house for my son's 5th birthday. They company was very freindly and on top of their game. The prices were very reasonable when I was shopping around. The bounce house was clean and large. The whole neighborhood played and loved it. We rented it for 4 hours and they let us have it for 12 hours for no extra charge. We will defentily be using them again in the furture and to refur to our friends.
