Here at PLAY, we make renting A/V and DJ equipment as easy as possible. While we require Delivery & Pickup service for every order, we can also save you time and make planning logistics around your event even easier with two additional services: Setup/Strike and On-Site Audio/Visual Tech. Compile your Rental Cart, include your event information, and submit your order for confirmation.

We called Play Event Rentals to rent a video screen last minute. We made several calls to other vendors and they were all too high priced and unwilling to move as quick as we needed - and we understand that sometime last minute events are hard to accommodate. We then called Play rentals and they were quick to assist us and make sure we had all we needed for the event - which was a funeral. Tony the owner was really good about walking us through the process of what to do, and the cost was by far better than anyone else. We will use Play in the future and would highly recommend their services to

PLAY Event Rentals really delivered! They were wonderful, quick, and responsive from the moment I requested a quote. They helped us choose equipment for our event and answered all of our questions quickly and thoroughly.

We rented a speaker from Tony at Play for our wedding. Everything was perfect. He was very accommodating; coming in early so that we could pick up the speaker and get it to the venue on time. He also made sure that we knew how to work it and that our phone hooked up correctly. I would use play for every event!

I placed a complicated last-minute order on Friday afternoon for a Monday delivery, and it was processed quickly OVER THE WEEKEND and Play Event associate drove 30+ miles to deliver on time! Working with Play Event Rentals was such an easy and great experience. I needed to book someone to set up A/V for a meeting at a large event. It was super last minute, I think I booked him only a week before the event started and despite the scramble on my end, he was able to make time for me and got me all the quotes, invoices and information very quickly. Tony and Christian were awesome! From set-up to strike, everything went seamlessly. In fact due to the time and date of my event, it ended up wrapping up earlier than expected and I was able to work with Tony to get my pickup time changed so we didn't have to wait around. Very much appreciated!! I would certainly recommend PLAY Event Rentals and if I ever need A/V rentals again I know where to go!

Tony is great and always responds to any questions I have about rentals. Every time I arrive to pick up, the staff has my rental ready and help me load the car. Great prices for the industry standard of audio and lighting equipment. Worked with them 3 times and already planning to rent twice more this summer. Highly recommend!

Fantastic service! Tony provided all the equipment [ wireless mics, amps, and mixer] for my daughter's outdoor wedding ceremony and reception in Tacoma. The on-site tech ( I believe his name was Christopher) did an excellent job from setup to breakdown. I would assuredly contact Play Rentals for any audio-visual needs.

I love this place!
A few months ago, I was planning a movie screening party and I needed to rent a projector. I was struggling to find one for a reasonable price, and I was running out of time. On Saturday, the day of the party, I stumbled across Puget Sound Pro Audio Rental. I called Tony and he said I could pick up the projector right away.
The projector was easy to use, reasonably priced (~$85 for a 24 hour rental, I think?), worked great, and really made the party spectacular. If/when I throw a similar party in the future, I will make sure to use this company again. Tony is professional

We used 2 wireless microphones, stands, and the Party PA Pack for our wedding (outdoor under 30' by 70' tent). The service was EXCELLENT! Tony was easy to work with, delivered and picked up on time, gave detailed instructions making self-setup a breeze, and gave great advice/recommendations ahead of the event. We needed to run a long extension cord to power the audio and he told us what gauge cord we should use, we didn't know how much power to use for the space or our outdoor and uncovered ceremony and his recommendations worked flawlessly. As a professional DJ, I can say that Tony and his team at Puget Sound Pro Audio Rental is the best place to go for any gear rentals. The gear is great, high end and well taken care of. The rental process is easy and the team is nice. I came to Tony on short notice, looking to transform my wedding reception venue from ordinary to unique and unforgettable. His LED lighting package, gobo projector, and sample music set lists were perfect additions which helped create an amazing experience for our guests. We had a great experience with Tony last October when finances made us forgo the DJ for our wedding and rent the sound equipment. Tony was really helpful, showing us how to operate everything and even offering some much needed suggestions! The prices were extremely affordable, equipment was in great shape, pick up and drop off was really quick and easy. I highly recommend them, they are very affordable and we had a great experience!
