Nice office but awful experience. Since going to other dentists, I can say this dentist/hygenists are TERRIBLE at giving any information about toddler tooth care and cavity prevention. We were told nothing! Medicaid has my child come in every 3 months. Every check up she said everything looked fine, just remember to brush twice a day. Which we did. She never suggested we needed sealants for stains (which I know now should have been suggested) or warned us that it was anything of concern until it was too late. The last appointment we had, all of a sudden she told us that we needed to be referred

Stay away. They tried to tell me I needed a deep cleaning and if my insurance did not pay for it they would NOT perform a regular cleaning for me. Well, my insurance company stated there was no evidence that I needed a deep cleaning. They couldn’t get me in for an appointment before my wedding so I went to another dentist. I requested my X-ray’s from them and they refused to give them to me. I went to another dentist. Turns out I just needed regular cleaning and fillings. This service was only 280 compared to the very expensive services this dentist at Sycamore Dental were trying to get me
