At Affordable Tent Rentals, our event specialists are here to guide you through the process to make your event one to remember. We can provide rentals for your wedding, holiday party, corporate event, festival, church gathering, cocktail party, or any other event you may be planning. We carry an extensive selection of party and event rentals, including tents, tables, chairs, linens, staging, dance floors, china, flatware, glassware, AND MUCH MORE!
Services
RENTAL PERIOD: Each rental is for a maximum of four (4) days starting from the day of delivery/customer pick up. Rates for equipment are for time out not time used. No refunds will be issued for unused equipment. PRICING & AVAILABILITY: Quotes do not guarantee availability of rental equipment. Quote prices are based on current availability of inventory and are subject to change.
The customer is responsible for the security of the equipment from the time of delivery/customer pick up until time the items are picked up by our staff or customer return. Please be sure all equipment is secured when not in use and protected from the weather. Rental items (excluding tents) should not be left out in the rain.

Great experience with this business, order was correct from start to finish, great interactions with all the staff. The man working the warehouse was really chill and loaded and unloaded everthing! I can't say enough about this place and ESPECIALLY Joanne. We are doing our rentals for our upcoming wedding with Affordable Rentals, October 2nd, and after being highly recommended and doing lots of research, we decided to go with them for our rentals. We originally had an $1800 budget set aside and once all was said and done, we ended up investing $3000 because of US, not them. I mean that once we visited their showroom and were able to see their catalogs and showroom we just wanted to add so much more touches to our wedding. This place is absolutely wonderful. They've got the outstanding customer service and are so super friendly and helpful!! If you're looking for an outstanding company to rent from for your wedding, family member's graduation to even just a simple at home cookout; they're hands down the go too! I called these guys literally the morning of our company event when we realized we weren't going to have enough tables and chairs. They had everything we needed, and even loaded the tables and chairs for us when we arrived to pick them up. Great service, and really affordable prices. We'll definitely use them again in the future!
