Alyse has lived in the Hampton Roads area her entire life. At the young age of 14, she met her high school sweetheart & now husband, Steve. Together they have 3 children; Ella, Ronni (the GIRL), & Grant. When she isn't busy at work or running after the kids, she enjoys working out, shopping, & going to dinner with friends.
Alyse received her Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resources from Old Dominion University. She began her career in the training department at Norfolk Southern. After spending a few years planning corporate training events, she had her first child & took a leap of faith & started Waterford Event Rentals.

Services
Since the start of the pandemic we have revamped our cleaning processes. During the initial design meetings, additional guests are being reduced & masks are required. Once the items return from an event we are disinfecting and sanitizing all of our products. To ensure the safety of our staff, we are fully stocked with hand sanitizer, wear masks when in contact with customers & on event sites.

We could not have done it without Waterford & Kayla specifically!! They made everything so seamless and easy. They knew more about our venue than we did which saved us in the long run. I had a great experience with Waterford Event Rentals. I used them for linens and chargers for my May 2021 wedding and was so happy with how beautiful everything turned out. Our initial meeting was so helpful to explore ideas and refine my vision. They were helpful and conscious to help me stay within my budget. The day of our wedding, they showed up and put everything together just like we discussed. I would definitely recommend them!

Words can’t describe how amazing I think Waterford Event Rentals are. I had the best experience throughout my entire wedding process, from my bridal shower, to the rehearsal dinner to the wedding. The staff was very helpful and Kayla was and is absolutely PHENOMENAL. She was very professional, is talented and knowledgeable in her field and the best customer service you can get, hands down!!! She helped me pick out all my linens, added the perfect charger plates to my beach themed wedding, made the ENTIRE wedding process so smooth for me and made sure it was perfect!! Waterford Event Rentals is my go to venue for events. I Coordinated a Wedding this past weekend and everything turned out great. The Bride, Groom and their families were all very pleased with how things turned out. Thank you so much for your flexibility throughout the entire process. The young ladies you sent to set up were both pleasant and professional. They worked diligently until all things were in place. Although the hour was getting late we all were able to be done at the venue on time 10pm.

I cannot say enough good things about Waterford Event Rentals and definitely recommend using them for any event! Kayla was the absolute most helpful and flexible. We had to move our wedding venue due to COVID 2 months prior and she was so reassuring throughout the entire process. Our wedding was so beautiful and everything we hoped! Waterford Event Rentals was awesome! Super easy to get ahold of and ask questions. I loved the fact that we could pickup our rentals friday and drop them off monday to save a little money on delivery and setup. That was super cool. The linens themselves are great quality and looked so cute kn our wedding day!!❤😍

We used Waterford Event Rentals for our wedding ceremony and reception. Our amazing photographer, Paige Ryan Photography, provided the attached photos, taken during both events. We could not have been happier with the quality of the chairs, the ease of the rental agreement, and the friendliness of the staff at Waterford Event Rentals.
