Special Events Virginia has approximately 150,000 square feet of tenting. From 10' x 10's to 80' x 200' and a wide selection of Band Shells perfect for any event from back yard parties to wedding and wine festivals. We are the regional leader in party tents and canopies. The High Peak Series is designed with a high slope, a stylish peak, and smooth curves to stand out from the rest.

Tammy provided impeccable customer service as we planned an outdoor party for my daughter’s Sweet 16 Birthday party. Her follow up was always timely and her one on one attention to your needs was exceptional.

Tammy was amazing, she assisted me throughout my whole ordeal. She helped me pick a tent size for my backyard because it was supposed to rain and I was not sure of the exact tent that I may need. I was able to get in contact with her numerous times, every time she answered and helped. I was doing a surprise party for my husband And needed the delivery to be changed and she was so accommodating with that. The guys that came to set up were great I told him I wanted everything and they set it up we had a small misunderstanding with the banner I chose and we work together to move it somewhere else

We worked with Matt for our wedding during the COVID19 Pandemic. He was professional, responsible, and understanding when our needs changed and effected our wedding. He was involved during EVERY step of the process, designing our wedding reception layout, discussing our ceremony needs, and when there was a slight hiccup with the chairs it was rectified the next morning! He even had the team come pickup the tents, lights, chairs, tables, linens, and arch on a Sunday as a bad storm was rolling in and he didn’t want our house to be at risk because of the extra items around. The staff were personable, knowledgeable and accommodating. We ordered a dance floor from them and it was easy to assemble. We received a call from the company to ensure we were properly received during the drop off. The process of renting was seamless. I would recommend using this company.

Mike and his team did a fantastic job with our wedding. Great prices, wonderful staff, and extremely knowledgable. What more can you ask for? Also the tent used was one of the nicest, cleanest tents I have ever seen. Highly recommended. I would have rated them higher if there were more stars! Special Events made our event just that A SPECIAL EVENT! A++++++++++
