Probably one of my favorite brunch places!!! I don't know that I have ate anything bad from here. I usually get the eggs and bacon on a croissant with avocado. But I always get a few pastries too. The dining area is amazing! Quite a few sit down and study areas with wall outlets for electronics. Clean updated bathrooms. Good service. Love their conchas too. Definitely recommend!

My guest is a baker herself so when I asked where she wanted to go and she said here, I was not surprised. I had a Berry Croissant and my guest the Opera Cake. Both delicious. My guest had the Chicken Milensa Bowl and found it very yummy with lots of chicken. I had the Mexican Cubana Torta with Fideo soup. Only thing I would change about my selection is choosing a different bread. You have choices here and I chose wrong. The vibe here is a little diner but brought into this century. Very open and a little noisy. Parking is too tight so be creative. Forgot to take pictures.

I think the best part of La Panaderia is not the food, it is the people! That says a lot because the food is fantastic. Every time I go I am greeted warmly and promptly. The breads make me feel like I am in a corner bakery in Mexico. The pan dulce is the best in San Antonio. They have great foods like their avocado toast, Ranchero Eggs Benedict or any of their delicious sandwiches.
They always have a smile when they take your order, bring you your food or buss the table. Great place for breakfast or brunch. Yum!!!

First time here today. Found this place by accident while waiting for my car to be serviced. They had a nice selection of breads and desserts. I had a turkey and soup for late lunch. The fideo was flavorful with a rich tomato broth and the sandwich was also delicious. The place was filled with family when I came in so you know it's a good choice.
When placing my order, the young lady was very quick to package my Togo items and the young man checking me out was also very friendly. The place is CLEAN! It's a bog deal!!

Got the Tequila Almond Croissant along with some other pastries and I can see why this place is really popular, definitely worth the wait in line. Got some sandwiches as well that were made great by the fresh baked bread. The only thing I would notch them down for was that the soups that come with the tortas were very watered down.

We LOVED this spot! We stopped for breakfast and ordered some pastries, coffee, and breakfast plates.
Everything was very delicious, but I highly recommend going for the ranchero eggs benedict for breakfast with chicken. I was skeptical about the grilled chicken bc it can be bland, but it was super flavorful bc of the sauce and salsa on top.
It was busy when we went and a little tight, so if you go and want a covid friendly experience maybe go during less busy times/order to go.

Today was our first time trying la panaderĆa and we were not disappointed. Their tortas, pastries and hot chocolate were amazing. Everyone was friendly and super helpful. Definitely a great breakfast spot to stop by if you happen to be dropping someone off at the San Antonio airport. This is a first order and sit down kind of place but the service was quick.

Drove down to San Antonio for a day trip and needed some lunch. Unfortunately the line was super long, so we ordered online and came back to pick it up 30 min later - highly recommend doing that ahead of time!
We got three things:
Torta - i forget which one, but the bread itself was sooooo good, so probably would do well with any you're craving.
Concha - seriously one of the best I've had. Crunchy sugar coating on the outside and soft and chewy inside. Just get one.. you won't regret it!
Tres leches croissant - good but a little messy for taking out in my opinion. Maybe i just

Amazing!! I must say, I love San Antonio, I travel from Colorado just because our family enjoys this city and I will tell you this is my favorite place to eat! The food the service, the concept itās all so worth it. San Antonio would not be the same without La PanaderĆa. If you havenāt been, you must, I just love this place, my husband is from Mexico City and not even in Mexico have I found a Bakery that compares, this place is unique in every way. It bring me an immense amount of pride to see a Latino business succeed in this way. Thank you!! I love it. I will always be back. The Aparicio

First time here & I was a disappointed. 3 stars only because presentation was decent. Fideo soup is lukewarm & tasted alright. I ordered the "la mexicana" breakfast sandwich and it was bland. The bread fell apart as I tried to lift it to take a bite. The tomato, onions, & jalapeƱos are raw just thrown into the egg after egg is cooked. Ordered regular coffee and had one employee tell me they bring the coffee to the table and another employee working the register failed to mention we could just get it ourselves since it's right next to the register where she was standing š¤¦š»āāļø Neither

Let me start by saying that I took the absolute worst pictures of things that were all so good. Apologies.
This was my first time here and I was overwhelmed by everything I saw. I could not make a decision to save my life. Fortunately, I was with someone that took the reigns and placed an order. We tried the tequila almond croissant, the peineta, the croncha, and a couple dirty hot chocolates to round everything off. Yes. hot chocolate in the middle of summer and it was divine.
The croncha was perfectly crumbly on top and buttery and flakey on the bottom. It was an amazing little hybrid of

Came here for the first time. It does get busy so be prepared to wait on parking and in the line. So worth the wait!!
As soon as you walk in, you are teased by the smell of deliciousness and the display of the HUGE pastries. Deciding what to get will be your biggest obstacle. It's no wonder this place gets busy...because it's THAT GOOD!! Pictures don't do this place justice...these pastries are on steroid or something. They are huge and addictive.
I got myself the Ranchego Eggs Benedict with turkey. Everything was Texas size. Turkey was thick, toast was thick, poached eggs looks

I made a mistake in writing a review for a wrong named restaurant "The Point Panaderia and Cafe". Yelp moderators took out my review and photos supposedly for La Panaderia Bakery and Cafe. Below is my review for the right entity. I also posted the picture that includes the email notification sent by Yelp HQ

Took in a lunch this time. The service was great! Even gave us coffee to go after we dined in. Bonus!
The Kouign Amannh is a croissant style pastry dough with a cream cheese filling. Flakes! Sweet but not over powering! Just enough filling to taste but not so much that the pastry was lost.
The Hawaiana Torte is wonderful. Cilantro Mayo, Chipotle Mustard, Sliced Pork Chops, Swiss Cheese, Grilled Pineapple and JalapeƱo. Thick, lots of flavors going on, a little heat. The bread stood up well to the sandwich and did not break down.
My only negative is the price. This lunch was $20 before the

What can I say. It's Father's Day and right before they close. But I got lost trying to cut around to this location. But I still scored big. Mostly sold out..,
Father's Day what did I expect, but they still had these fabulous Fiesta croissants for me to take home.
I've wanted to check out this location for quite a while as free parking unlike the downtown location. Now that I've found it I will be a few pounds heavier because of all the delicious delights awaiting me there.

Absolutely fantastic! The guys that own this place know their sht! I can't believe I haven't heard of it sooner.
The breakfast/brunch menu is a pretty big size and then you have all of the pastries- oh my. I wanted to try one of everything, but didn't. I got the vegetarian breakfast sandwich and added scrambled egg and sausage- it was so incredible- bursting with flavor and bursting with ingredients. It was quite messy but worth it. I washed it down with an iced vanilla latte- perfect! The vanilla flavoring was very light in sugar, which I love. I also got a tequila almond croissant

Generally food in Texas is one of the worst experiences I get to have while traveling for work, but this Little gem has really made up for it! They have amazing conchas, other pan dulces, other cafes, and flakey pastries that felt like a real artisan twist on a simple beloved dessert without feeling over hipstery! They also were so soft in the middle and weren't dry like a lot of pan dulces can be.
They also have some excellent drink choices! I really enjoyed their Americano! These wonderful Mexican pastries make for a great gift to yourself that you can take home and enjoy later or for

Now guys this has been one of the most difficult reviews I've had to formulate. Me and my besti Marlen almost had a fallout over this but thankfully we were able get back on good terms after promising her Bahama Bucks as a peace offering. She is a hard La Panederia stan. Do not mess with her unless you're male, ages 28-38, credit score of 700 or above, and make over $60,000 a year... Anyways, the review....
I give this place a 4/5 stars if I'm just judging their Pan Dulce/fresh bread. Their bread is beautifully presented and tastes delicious. It has this something I've never
