Our mission is to be the preeminent performance drop-bar and triathlon bike company in the world. We think that going fast is fun and we make our bikes accordingly. Our customers have a racing spirit and a competitive mindset. Whether they are pinning on a number at the World Championships or in the hunt for a KOM or QOM on their local segments, performance is the common thread aligning us together.
The beauty of a road bike arises from its inherent simplicity. A frame, a fork, two wheels, and some gears. It's a magical machine that can transport you to faraway places, and also transform you into the very best version of yourself, both physically and mentally.
But road bikes have evolved over the years, and modern technologies have helped our engineers push the envelope in crafting contemporary road bikes that are faster, more comfortable, and more capable than anything that's come before. Our heritage lies in racing. It's the arena from which Felt Bicycles was born, the proving ground where we cut our teeth, and the haven where we continue to nurture our competitive desires.

The 2020 IA Triathlon bike is fine but the Zipp pad extensions they sell on their website to fit any Devox handlebars is not accurate. They don't fit my Devox bars. The holes don't line up with the brackets. Frustrating!!!!
I appreciate Felt getting back to me and resolving my problem. Therefore I'm changing this review from a 2-star to a 5-star. I love when companies are responsive and take care of their customers.

All my bikes are Felt and what a great company! I race expert XC class in my state of Va and train rigorously. I’m very pleased at the quality and craftsmanship that has been put into the designs of my bikes. I get all of them tuned and serviced regularly at the bike shop that sponsors me to keep them running at peak performance.

If you're looking for a company with great customer service...Felt is not it. They have no mode of communication for customers, with no phone number to call for customer support, and emails that won't get answered for days (if at all). they have a "help" widget on their website that answers all of about 4 commonly asked questions. If you don't have an authorized felt dealer in your immediate location then you better hope you don't need replacement parts, because there is no way to get them.

If you're looking for a high quality mtb, you came to the wrong place. I would rather suggest Orbea, Canyon, Pivot or Specialized
-edit after received an answer
Felt Bicycles: Already done that but they say that it's normal if pivot bearings wear out within a few months. I've now Edict 3 and it's much worse than my previous Virtue 1 (2010) what comes to quality. Didn't have to replace any of bearings in seven years and now with Edict already replaced both wheels due to bearing failure and shock links&main pivot bearings. Haven't seen so sloppy assembly before.. and hopefully will ever see again
