I highly recommend this bike shop as they carry Cannondale bikes one of my favorite brands. Chris was a pleasure to work with. He answered all my questions and went above and beyond!! They carry the Moterra Neo 3 mountain eBike and after searching every local bike shop for a mountain eBike during the pandemic it was this gem of a place that had exactly what I wanted! This is my new favorite bike shop. I needed a new carbon fiber specific seat post for my bike. Mike tracked it down and installed it same day!! Everyone else was telling me the part was back ordered for months. My 4 year old son is so happy we are back in the trails together after a month of not being able to ride with a broken Mtn Bike.

I’ve purchased two high-end bikes from Stage 21 and both experiences were fantastic. The first bike I bought was a full custom build and they were accommodating and resourceful in all the little details needed to put this frame, group and wheelset together. The attention to detail was amazing down to the meticulous cable wrapping and placement.
The second bike I bought was a stock, built Cannondale but the experience was also great. They helped with fit and some small add-ons to personalize the SuperSix EVO.
I do all my own maintenance but whenever I have an issue I can’t chase down or tackle

These guys are awesome. During this pandemic, all bike shops are backed up at least a month. I needed to have my bike converted from 11sp to 12sp with new components. I emailed them and they told me to come in the next day and they would have my bike finished in a couple days. Pricing was fair, they kept their word, and now I have a bike ready to shred. Thanks again Stage21!

Just got off the phone with the shop and let them know I paid 170.00 for a new Enve bar and received a previously installed bar apparent by stem and lever marks. The bar does appear unused outside mounting and the shop offered to refund the money and send a return label but didn't seem to think it was important that it was a take off part I paid a new price for. In the future you might mention people are paying new prices for a take off part especially since I called and asked if this was in stock prior to ordering. Everything else with the transaction was fine.

Best bike shop in the area, hands down. Mike (owner) is super friendly, knowledgeable, and cares for everyone else’s bikes like they are his own. Also carries the best brands—Cannondale, Enve, etc.
If you care about your bike (or bikes in general), this is the shop for you. If you want a high school kid making $10 an hour wrenching on your $$$ mountain bike, look elsewhere.

Bought some small Cannondale parts from them in the past and they've always had what I needed and were pleasant to deal with. Last weekend was prepared to go in and buy a whole lot of bottom bracket related parts to address a creak. Been wrenching on bikes for a long time but just didn't have a ton of Cannondale BB30 experience. They took the time to have me check a couple of things and advised I shouldn't have to come in to spend money on a new spindle, etc. I fixed it over the phone with them. They are my local Cannondale experts and operate with great integrity. Enough said.

I have been cycling for over 14-years and have frequented numerous shops in my time with some being great at customer service or having a great mechanic but rarely does a shop have both. Stage 21 is one of those rare shops that fulfills both items for me. The sales staff is extremely knowledgeable and have great customer service and the mechanic/owner is the only person that I will have work on my bikes. I like this shop so much I have personally purchased 4-bikes from them. Do yourself a favor and visit this shop!

Wonderful experience buying my new Cannondale road bike. Noah was great at making sure the geometry was bang on with my old bike. Ordered, assembled and delivered in 4 days. First ride was yesterday and it was "perfect". Friendly, knowledgeable, and no pressure. Got to love great "local bike shops".

I recently moved to Irvine and wanted a bike so I can explore the area, and get a good workout while doing so. I originally came in just shopping around, not intending to buy anything just yet but Noah and Mike had no problems taking the time to help me find the perfect bike for me and my budget. We went through different catalogues, colors, and options for almost 45 minutes, and that was just to make sure I got what I was looking for. Finally I found a great bike shop ... Fairly new to the Mtb scene and got my bike serviced and another shop in Huntington Beach and it came back with the same problem and they had no answer for me. Another shop told me my Hub was trash (Dt Swiss) after having my bike for three days that's the conclusion they came to ... And stage 21 has resolved all my problems and is rebuilding my Hub without a problem!! I'm very happy with the service and the staff had a great attitude while helping !!!

Mike and Noah (the owners) have opened a new bike shop. Not just any shop but an "edgy boutique" shop that deals with both road & mountain bikes. They have an emphasis on customer service and customizing your bike. Go in and talk to them and you'll see how knowledgable they both are in both disciplines.
