I got my there glasses there and what a mistake it was. the wife who is also an eye doctor gave me my glasses and she was trying to clean them before giving them to me and said the bag she gave. e cleans the glasses, wellll it didn't clean them, not then and not ever. I remember telling the doctor that I didn't want to go over the price my… insurance gave me, well this was happening while he tried to sell my husband 800.00 dollar glasses. he didn't appreciated that because the glasses I paid for I couldn't even see from, in fact I believe my eyes have gotten worse. while I'm not a doctor

Dr.Passaro and his wife is very caring eye doctor. My husband love to keep coming back for his eye check up and glasses because they do care, replying your call in timely manner, send appointment notification, great customer service, reasonable waiting time, personalized. Over a year ago, I visited Passaro Eye Care for a contact eye exam. I found them on Google when I searched "optometrist" in my area. I chose them despite bad reviews because I always prefer to support local small businesses as opposed to big chains, and their location was very convenient for me. I was able to call and set myself an appointment for the exam with intentions of also purchasing contacts and glasses from them. Upon arrival, I noticed a dirty and unorganized office. This was my first visit to Dr. Passaro. I didn't wait long and office staff was very friendly. Dr. Passaro was very thorough and seemed honestly concerned with my overall well being. He is very knowledgeable and seems to care a great deal about his patients and his practice. I am glad to have found his office and will continue to be a patient there. I would recommend them to anyone.

This was my first visit Dr Passaro was fantastic and understanding. He was percised in all aspect fully explained all my options what glasses / contacts that was best for me . Staff was very friendly a must place to go for your eye care. If you want an establishment that care for their patients and will work with you on your cost Passaro Eye Care is the place.

So I went to the Passaro Eye Care on SR 54 in August and got myself an exam and a new pair of glasses. In March daughter broke the arm off one side. I brought them into the same office on SR 54 and the older man at the second desk told me he wasn’t sure if insurance would cover it but I would get a phone call. I have called the office on multiple… occasions leaving a voicemail and never received a call back. I also stopped at the office one time and the woman took my number but never called me back. We have been to see them 2 times now. Once with my 2 boys (8 & 10) who are difficult. (To say the least). I then returned for my husband. They were BEYOND AWESOME to my boys. I will give you a heads up. This is not a huge corporation. I actually said to Mr DR Passaro today. You can tell he owns this company and "it's his baby." The customer service speaks volumes. He took the time we needed which ended up being almost a hour and a half ( including dilation). I will say over all we are very satisfied. He even works with people at times giving people discounts even at cost. If you need glasses or… need your eyes checked. PLEASE go see him, He knows I don't drive, he asked how I was getting home and how I got there, I said the bus, he REFUSED to let me cross 54...I only live about a mile away.....his wife who also helps run both offices drove

Horrible place, the doctor was super rude, he was mean to the 2 people working for him and the patients waiting. He said that the regular eye exam wa as joke and got mad because that was all I was there for. He wanted to sell the one that was $70 and even though I had an appointment he didn't see me, until I agreed to pay for the other test and then he said, ok you are next. I asked for my documents and left. The doctor is a joke, zero professionalism and has no idea how to treat people. Do yourself a favor a go somewhere else. Don't waste your time or your money.

I had an eye appointment and was prescribed bifocals. I was told the glasses would be in in about 2 weeks. I stopped by the office to get a written prescription and ask about the glasses and was told that "usually" it does take about 2 weeks. I waited for a phone call and called them after 4 weeks. They told me that they couldn't find anything on my glasses and would check into it and call me the next day. I called and left a message the next day, as I never heard back.
