A massage on a whole 'nother level! The rooms were "no frills" but the technique and delivery was perfection. The lady (cannot remember her name) used her body like a machine to manipulate and massage every inch of my body. Literally the best massage I've ever have. So much so that every time I'm in town in the future, I'm scheduling the traditional Thai massage.

I went to Tonic Wellness Boutique today to try cryotherapy for the first time. I had a great experience! You get $5 off on your first visit which was really nice. Lauren walked me through the steps and told me what to expect which was super helpful. She stayed in the room and chatted with me which helped distract from the cold! It wasn't as bad as I anticipated and the time flew. I felt really great afterwards and I'm already looking forward to going back!

I came here a few weeks ago to get their Tonic 333 as a birthday "treat myself".
The place has state of the art equipment, that goes without being said. But I really thought the experience would be more 5-star, because their single-session prices (for cryo and lymph drainage) are more expensive than some well-know places in the area
Here is some info I wish I knew before coming here, that other reviews don't state:
-The front desk people are a guy and girl in their early 20s. They don't talk much and aren't very welcoming, but are perfectly polite. I wanted to purchase a cryotherapy package

Today was my first visit since the pandemic. It was just even more charming and soothing as I remember. I like the infrared sauna the best. I do 30 mins! I've also done cryo twice now before my sauna session. I highly recommend it for inflammation and pain. It's not as scary as I thought and my body doesn't register the level of cold until it's nearly over. I did one minute and a half. They've added services and updated the entry so it is welcoming and calming. The staff is kind and walked me through my cryotherapy.

This is a great retreat spot right in the middle of the city, making self-care quick & easy to squeeze into my schedule - well, easier when things in general were easier... Pre-pandemic. I really, really hope they are able to make it through this trying time. We must support the local businesses we love however we can. <3 They had innovative treatments I had never heard of until visiting, the staff is super friendly & helpful in getting acclimated to these new procedures & the space has a light, bright, welcoming-yet-secluded feel. Totally recommend Tonic!

Interesting experience here!
I had never been to an infrared sauna before, and decided to try it out on ClassPass. I found parking about a block away, street metered, and was not really greeted very warmly upon walking in. The two young people at the front desk were busy on their phones. However, upon checking in, the girl showed me to my private sauna area and gave me an extremely brief run-down. She also gave me 3 cold water bottles which was nice.
The sauna experience wasn't too bad. I did find the sauna itself a bit cramped and uncomfortable. I wish it was either big enough to lay down

This experience was quite the treat! The sauna and cryotherapy is rather expensive, but they do have packages to help with the cost. And you are even able to book services on ClassPass to help save money.
The staff are friendly and knowledgeable in all things wellness. It's an easy and pain free endeavor that leaves you feeling so refreshed and revitalized! I would definitely suggest trying them out.
