My vision of Yoga for " Every Body". Yoga is Medicine, and Yoga helps you feel good about yourself and to feel strong. I believe Yoga is for health and wellness as well as for preventative care. Yoga is so beneficial for PTSD, Trauma, and addiction. I want Yoga to be accessible for all. I knew our little mountain community was starving for a yoga community.

A heated flow based practice sequencing inspired by the 26 and 2 sequence, Power Flow and Ashtanga Vinyasa, Vimana yoga styles fused into a beautiful dynamic flow.
