Depew Oil

Moved into a new house with Depew as existing company. Due to their inflated prices, I continued with my previous propane company. When asked about credit for tanks, was told there won't be any due to pick up fees, yet they won't give me a pick up date. It has been over a week. So I am being charged 2 times for the unused propane and I'm being charged for a pick up fee when I am holding their tanks on my property. I won't even get into how rude and dismissive the receptionist was. Needless to say, she would not get me a supervisor.

Lem, Glenn and Tom did an absolutely fantastic job. They were all very professional courteous considerate and pleasantly respectful. It was very obvious that they take immense pride in the performance of their craft. My family and I are very happy and thankful these gentlemen were assigned to do our boiler replacement.

Thomas M. was my service tech for my annual furnace cleaning, he was very polite and answered all of my questions. It was such a nice experience to have someone take the time to explain everything. I just got off the phone with Jennifer S. , she was very informative, took the time to answer my questions. She's a great example of what customer service should be.

Just want to thank Depew Oil for taking great care of my elderly parents. They had an oil tank emergency across the river and their own oil company could not fit them in for weeks. Steven at Depew received our call and they were there in days and did a fantastic, efficient, clean job. Our sincere thanks for a job well done!
Also on the 30th of Aug, a lightening strike damaged our furnace. Tommy and Lam were there right away, diagnosed the problem, got the parts and had the furnace running in about an hour. Very grateful.

Drove their truck through the yard tearing up the grass and would not take responsibility despite photos and video of their truck driving through the grass.

I called for service on a Friday at around 3pm and they were able to send someone to my house within a couple of hours. The technician was very knowledgeable and he found what the problem with my boiler was in just a couple of minutes. He explained to me what the problem was and quickly replaced the bad part. Luckily for me, the part was covered under my service contract so I did not have to pay anything for the visit. Years ago I had an unpleasant experience with the company, but this time I was very pleased with their service.

I'm a walk-in propane customer and I think their customer service is terrific. I grill all year long so getting a refill, not having to exchange tanks and having people be nice to me for a measly $12.00 is an amazing thing.

There has never been a visit where I wasn't warmly greeted and generally treated like gold. I also pay with a debit card which many places give you a hard time about using if the purchase is under a certain amount. I get my receipt with a smile and genuine thank you. Something in short supply in the service industry these days.

We recently bought a new home and Depew Energy was previously servicing the home so we decided to give them a try. We were also in need of a new boiler. We have been more than pleased with the service and competitive pricing. Steve and his team were professional, responsive and had very fair pricing. While we were still in the decision making process we ended needing service on the oil boiler and Steve was really flexible. He gave recommendations to to make it cost effective and did not try to over sell. I would highly recommend Depew and Steve. A good local business!!

So these idiots keep putting the invoice in my garage door......well Einstein's it's been windy and I NEVER know when you've delivered to pay within the 14 day window! Now I will send payment when I fee fit because you don't want to make sure that I have received my bill by putting it in my mailbox. Oh and Tiffany needs some customer service training, what a snotty little b*tch. What a joke these guys are, I wish I would have know what kind of douches they were when I bought my house so we could have gone with someone else!

Worst customer service ever. Depew Engery employees have an attitude and lie. I have been a customer for 6 years. I own an apartment and they jut informed me they do not want to deal will servicing apartments because tenants move out and they get tiffed. We have never stuck Depew Energy with a bill. Ever!!! Avoid these unprofessional a$sholes.
