I loved this dentist until she brought another dds on to help…I had a lot of work done by her and over time I complained about a foul taste coming from a tooth I had a root canal done on…I got ent Dr involved because I was told the root was going into my sinus…then I was told it was good getting caught…I finally went to another dds…my root canal went bad and the infection broke through my sinus wall and spread into my entire gum line….I knew something was wrong…

It's really good that you can only virtually connect with this woman she is by far the worst dentist I've ever been to in my life and I'm 64 years old. I went to her for mini implants and it turned into a four year nightmare. She didn't know what she was doing she pulled out all of my teeth and basically put sticks in my mouth and glued the teeth to it. I went to other dentist to fix it they didn't even wanna touch me because they said she had created such a mess there were implants in my sinuses she had cut chunks out of my gum the whole experience had me suicidal. Wow. What an amazing Dr. The service was amazing and I got the smile I wanted. I was never without teeth . When I seen my temporary implants (3) , I thought they were my permanent ones because they were so beautiful. So you can imagine how the permanent ones looked. She has to be the greatest dentist in Sacramento.

Dr. Andrea Smith and Staff are amazing and caring. The care that they gave my dad was by far more than what was expected. My dad had dental implants done and Dr. Andrea Smith was wonderful. Her work is exceptional. His recovery was very minimal and was perfect the next day. Dr. Smith has gifted hands. We highly recommend her and her staff. This is definitely a five star office. I really wanted to like this office since it's close to my house. Unfortunately we can't return to Dr. Smith's office due to the long wait times. My husband has been here for two appointments, and has waited over 40 minutes to be seen each time. The first appointment was at 8:00 and the second one was at noon. The last time he came in, he left before he was seen because he had to go back to work.

I've been seeing Dr Smith for almost 3 years. I have never had the luxury of liking my teeth. Poor relationships with previous dentist left me very fearful of all dentist. Now I say ALL THE TIME I LOVE MY TEETH! My smile is Beautiful and yesterday while Dr Smith was working on me, I went to sleep!!!! People, I have always had to take medication before the dentist to calm me down. Never ever have I been able to fall asleep with any dentist. That is how comfortable and gentle Dr Smith is. And I was getting (2) extraction! I am so impressed with Dr Smith. I will be moving back to the Bay Area

Dr. Smith and her staff are always so nice and polite! Every time I came here ever since I was younger they have always been so nice to me and my family! They are very knowledgeable and know what they're talking about when it comes to this field of work! I still come here to this day and enjoy it because they're so professional and know what they're doing! I am a Treatment Coordinator for Alexander & Martin Orthodontics. We have the pleasure of having some mutual patients in Dr Smith's dental practice. Her staff is great to work with, and her patients always have amazing things to say about their experience with her. We love that she is located right across from El Camino High School. I feel inclined to write a review because I love Dr. Joy and her entire office staff. 2 weeks ago I was flossing and accidently pulled my crown out. I called first thing in the morning and unfortunately Dr. Was out of town but the dental assistants were still there. I have a 2 year old and they said bring him too. I didn't have to find a baby sitter. They are such heart warming people and I trusted them to watch my little one so i could get xrays and while my temp seal was placed in. Dr. Andrea Smith is a wonderful dentist. I began to have tooth pain on Monday, October 19, 2015 I am a stubborn person and finally decided to call when I could not sleep because of the pain. So I contact Dr. Smith's office on Wednesday, October 21, 2015. Dr. Smith immediately prescribed me medicine and sent it to my pharmacy.
