Colin did a great job. I had an issue with the door to get access to the property for inspection and he waited while we. the locksmith came. I am a "seasoned" homeowner, and I have had great home inspections, and some not so great home inspections. Personally, . I try to support small/local businesses which are recommended via word of mouth - so I chose Wilson Home Inspections for my new home inspection.

Colin is an excellent home inspector as he is very knowledgeable and detailed when it comes to explaining everything. His reports are thorough which include an explanation along with pictures and videos. He also allowed me to meet up with him during the last 30-45 minutes and go over the areas in person and let me know what needs to happen whether the sellers repair/replace it or if I was going to do it. I highly recommend Colin along with his reinspection once the repairs have been completed to ensure correctness. He is reasonable, professional, and very informative.

Colin Wilson exceeded my expectations, performing an elaborate and detailed home inspection and preparing a highly detailed, knowledgeable and lengthy report that put me in a good position to negotiate an optimum price for the house I bought.
