My 4 year old daughter was nervous for her first appointment but the staff and doctor made her comfortable enough to get X-rays and she was happily chatting and laughing before the cleaning. She also had a great experience with Dr. Harvey. He had her laughing and smiling even after the cleaning was done. I would definitely recommend this office to bring your kids.

Dr. Lee is amazing! He included my son (4 years old) in every single step, showed him what every tool was and made him feel at ease and comfortable. So amazing keeping my son calm, it blew my mind! Not to mention, the staff at the front desk are so nice and welcoming! I had an amazing first time there and my son can't wait for his next appointment.

Really happy I switched my kiddo to Little Smiles of OC. The fact that they are open on Wednesdays until 6pm is very helpful to me as working parent. The fact that I don't have to take time off work to have my kiddo be seen is very helpful to me. Staff are also friendly, professional, and good with children.

Pros: Dr. Lee and staff are friendly and take time to answer questions. The office is clean and equipment seems new.
Cons: The office does not have a hygienist, just dental assistants. This means that cleaning is done using rubber tips only, which cannot be as effective as scaling, especially for older kids.

My kids started coming here when my daughter was born with a pretty significant tongue tie and Dr. Lee was recommended to perform the release via electrosurgery. My older son was also born with a tie that I didn't know how to handle at the time, so I was a lot more proactive the second time around. She didn't really have nursing issues but I knew a lot of issues could arise if we didn't treat it. We brought her in at 5 weeks. The surgery itself was as quick as possible, but not easy to watch, as to be expected. 4 weeks of stretching was also not easy, but Dr. Lee had us come in

I have been bringing my daughters to Little Smiles since they were infants. Dr. Harvey and his staff make you feel like you are truly family. They are always patient and gentle and have made going to the dentist a pleasant experience for my kids. They even have TV screens on the ceiling above every station and just about every children's movie you can think of for your little one to choose from. Shout out to Ms. Danae who has my girls flossing and brushing twice a day! Can't recommend little smiles of OC enough.

At the peak of the pandemic, I was super glad that the kids both got their cleanings in private rooms rather than the usual shared room. The staff is definitely taking precautions with temperature checks, masks, face shields, and hand sanitizer for the kiddos before they touch the prize machine. My 5 yo sat through the entire cleaning all by himself this time. Some complaining but NO tears for once. The hygienist was so good with encouraging him and letting him know what to expect. No x-rays this time so we'll see how he does with that next year. Dr Lee was great as usual. Super personable

Dr. Harvey was the kindest and most patient Dentist we have ever been to. Our daughter suffers from anxiety and Dr Harvey put tears in my eyes when he started calming her down during a tooth extraction/ fillings. He stoped everything and started rubbing her forehead and counting with her until she calmed down. Thank you Dr Harvey for being such an amazing Dr. for our little one!

I couldn't be happier with Little Smiles OC. I'm so glad I found them. The dentist Dr. Harvey Lee and his staff make a great team. Even thought my 4 year old was being difficult, I admire how patient they were. The assistant was great at calming my son and engaging him in conversation so that he wouldn't focus on the procedure. Dr. Harvey of Little Smiles is my first choice for my daughters. I'd say they're one of the best around here. I brought my 5 year old daughter to their clinic for a quick dental session and it turns out they've won themselves repeat clients. My daughter chipped her tooth when she was riding her bike and her tooth was dangerously jagged. I was hoping the tooth would fall out on it's own but it was causing her discomfort so I brought her in immediately.

Run FAR AWAY!! They are extremely aggressive and will ASSAULT your children! They were holding down my poor daughter while she was screaming and having trouble breathing!! They weren't going to stop until I ran over. And then while I comforted her they went over to my son and did the SAME thing! They both have red hand marks on their arms from the horrible dental hygienists and Dr. Harvey Lee. Run so far from this place. Insanity!!! I'm a nurse at Hoag and this is completely not acceptable. After extensive research, I chose Dr. Harvey Lee of Little Smiles of OC for my adult tongue-tie surgery. The entire experience starting from the initial phone consult to the procedure itself was excellent. Due to the small amount of information about adult tongue-tie surgeries, I was apprehensive about the procedure. However, I was completely at ease for the entire process. It took me a while to post this review because of how nice Dr Lee and his staff were to me but after just completing exercises with another office that revised his work, I have to share my story in hopes to prevent other moms go through what I went through and hopefully change Dr Lee's mind about revising with laser moving forward, especially with babies with tongue ties.
I took my son in at 2 weeks after a consultation with a lactation consultant. She recommended Dr Lee and informed me that he was amazing. He picked up immediately after calling him and spoke with my husband about the difference

Coming in for something possibly overwhelming with our 6week old baby (consult for lip/tongue tie) the staff were all compassionate, understanding, patience and SUPER helpful. My kids and I Looove Dr. Harvey Le, Dr. James Clark, and their staff. My kids have been patients of Dr. Le for over 5yrs now and patients of Dr. Clark for about 1yr. We have gotten nothing but the best service at their office locations. I took my 16m old baby to her first dentist appointment here and I was very happy with the experience.
Had no problems finding parking and there was almost no wait time which is great giving the fact that toddlers aren't known for their patience.
The place is super clean and nice and they have cartoons playing in the waiting room and a bunch of toys.

When first calling I was greeted by a friendly front desk staff who accommodated me last minute for a check up for my son- 5 years old. Upon arrival, I walked into a beautiful office fully equipped with children toys and nice seating for parents. The front desk staff greeted us and was quick to help check us in.
