Mmars
We have teamed up with wellness experts to supplement services to proactively manage targeted employer and union groups. MMARS is a leading expert in how to provide "Resource Coordination" to targeted populations. Medical Management and Rehabilitation Services (MMARS) is one of the most experienced care management organizations in the United States.

We offer an array of cutting-edge and best-in-breed health and population management solutions. Off-the-shelf disease management and case management are not the answer. Smart, proactive care management tailored to your specific needs can help provide the impact and change that you're looking for. MMARS provides independent care management and coordination services to both the public and private sectors.
Services
Medical Management and Rehabilitation Services (MMARS) provides comprehensive case management and disease management services across the age spectrum for a variety of insurance providers and government agencies. Founded in 1993, our team is committed to providing customized, cost-effective and comprehensive health care management services.
We work closely with our clients to identify not just high dollar or high risk members, but to target those members who will be impacted the most by care management intervention. Our management team has decades of experience coordinating our services to the needs of many different companies and programs.
Medical Management and Rehabilitation Services currently focuses on government agencies, but we also provide services in other areas. Our broad span of expertise allows us to accurately assess the unique needs of each industry. We provide high quality health, disease, and case management services to all of our clients, encouraging their involvement along the way.
MMARS has been providing quality case management services for over 20 years. Although Medical Management and Rehabilitation Services (MMARS) has been primarily focused on case management in the State of Maryland, we have also provided this service in other states. MMARS currently has two contracts with the State of Maryland; the Developmental Disabilities Administration (DDA) and Community First Choice (CFC).
With states continuing to feel budget pressures from a variety of resources, many state medical assistance programs are deploying creating solutions to optimize the care delivered to the underinsured, uninsured and impoverished populations. MMARS has direct experience in working in states such as Maryland and Tennessee to help with populations with severe physical and mental disabilities.

I have mixed feelings about this company but over-all this company is atrocious. To start, MMARS/MMARSRC does not provide any type of medical services despite what the name might lead you to believe. This company only hires workers to arrange services for people that qualify for them, simple as that. All of the employees work off site except for a small office Team. If you’re looking for IT work here, I would recommend looking elsewhere. You’ll be on a small Team of maybe one or two other “Technicians” that really don’t know what they are doing, and will gladly throw you under the bus

I would give this place a zero if I could they do not care about their clients or patients this is strictly a money-making business and if anything happens they will throw you under the bus they hide behind the cross they tell you what you want to hear but they don't even fill out paperwork and put it records basically if you want a support planner sit back and tell you everything is fine while not doing nothing and billing your insurance then this is the company for you

I am a caregiver for my 89 years old dad and I use to work with Betrous loving. I had a bad experience for the last two years and gotten worse so I heard lots of positive things about Mmars and switched six months ago but I kind of regretted switching to Mmars. The first Supprt planner was very energetic and updating every now and then even though nothing done. They switched her with another one for unknown reason and still struggling reaching and solving my problem. To be honest I am done with them so good luck when you join MMARS.

This company fails to maintain their employees, mainly the Support Planners only last 3-4 months. This negatively impacts their patients/Clients lives.

If you are seeking employment in this field stay away from this company. They do not value their employees which is evident in the turn over rate of employees. The company is ran by unprofessional and dishonest and petty women that are more interested in backstabbing one another in the back than running a smoothe operation. The owner, Carolyn is not the person you should want to work for. Her goal is to make all the money she can while paying the lowest salary in this field. She could care less who is fired or quits because this company has an employment training each month. STAY AWAY.

Stay away from this company unless you have the time to do all the work in order to get your loved one home.I have spent countless hours making phone calls to coordinate my mom’s transition home.Only after advising the office that my aunt knows the owner did I begin getting responses to my calls and emails. My mom came home two weeks ago and we are still without supplies or groceries which are a part of the money follows the person.I’ve since contacted the State to switch companies and I am still awaiting supplies.Save yourself the headache and stay away ....extremely frustrating 😖
