She knows her stuff and I was not an easy client. I knew what I wanted and was not going to let someone tell me otherwise. She mentioned all the good points that I hoped would be addressed once she saw the pictures of what I had wanted. I saw Susan for the first time today. I had searched for a new local hair stylist for a while and decided to make an appointment with her after seeing her reviews on Google and Angie's List. I am extremely glad with the outcome of my visit. She gave me a wonderful vibrant new hair color and an awesome cut/style. I knew right away as she was cutting my hair that I would love the result. My hair looks and feels much healthier and softer. The layered cut gave my hair the body and fullness that it was missing for a while.
