Attorney Eric Erickson was born and raised in Spokane, Washington. He is the 4th of 5 children of Dr. Mayo & Elaine Erickson. His father served in WWII as an Army dentist.

This guy is an absolute FRAUD. He told me the wrong court date TWICE. Then when we finally had my custody hearing he said, "This will be a 15 minute hearing, just to touch base". But instead it was THE custody hearing, one he should've been ready for. He was TOTALLY unprepared. The only statements he made to the judge were ones I had written down on a notepad DURING the hearing. If you want details then email me, because I have much more to say. He colluded with the opposing attorney in my divorce case. I gave him a financial declaration and STILL I was required to pay 75% of my monthly income

Couldn't get a hold of him or his paralegal through any means for weeks. He showed up to one hearing with a mess of documents, completely unorganized and seemed. As though he received his certification off of a groupon website. Tried to get a settlement that leave me without my child and bankrupt. Would not suggest using this law firm.
