Air pollution management has remained a primary focus at DAI Environmental, Inc. Recent regulatory developments, including the 1990 Clean Air Act Amendments, require continuous attention to meet compliance in issues regarding air toxic exposure and control, emissions inventories, permitting, and risk assessment.
DAI Environmental, Inc. has provided risk assessments in association with a variety of contaminant investigations. Risk assessments encompass exposure via air pathways, groundwater migration, and soil contamination. To qualify these exposures, DAI performs air dispersion modeling, groundwater modeling, and demographic analyses, in combination with a toxicity determination of the contaminants of concern.
DAI Environmental, Inc. offers environmental audits to help our clients with regulatory compliance and real estate transactions. For a facility audit, our staff will meet with the plant engineering personnel to review the production process, process waste streams, pollutant emissions, and waste disposal procedures.
DAI Environmental, Inc. provides complete wastewater engineering services for discharge permitting and water pollution control abatement. Our services have included NPDES permitting, pretreatment permitting, the design on add-on wastewater treatment process, and optimization of existing wastewater treatment systems.
