We are a team of business professionals who have over 50 years of combined experience in the recruitment, staffing, and general business space. I had been looking for a new job for several months with little luck landing interviews. Then I got a call out of the blue from Matt with Everest recruiting. Within a short period of time he landed me several interviews with some highly respected commercial construction company's in San Diego.
I've worked with many different recruiters before but the passion Matt has for his job is well above the others. My experience with other recruiters has been to take your info, put you in their system and you never hear from them again. Or if you do it's for an odd ball job that's sort

We brought Everest Recruiting on as an additional vendor for our contingent workforce needs at our manufacturing site near Orlando, FL. In a short period of time, a few months really, Paula, Jamen, and their team demonstrated the ability to meet our expectations by providing quality temp talent in an adequate amount of time; this was not an easy feat especially considering our suburban location, the low unemployment rate in the area, and the hot job market.
