I don’t feel like this is an honest garage that does honest business. Wanted something simple and they tried to start with a $500 initial look at the vehicle before they could “tell me what’s really wrong”. I didn’t need them to go into my car looking for issues just needed something fixed and they wanted to do WAY more than what I was interested in.

My master control on the door to unlock all of the other doors abruptly quit working. I had to use my key fob to unlock all the doors. They told me that they would need my car for the whole day. Upon dropping off my car I was told if they have to order the part that they would need it the next day and explained why. After getting home, I looked at my schedule and discovered that I needed my car the next day. I called them and they were so kind and understanding. The mechanic got on the phone and explained he had it working, but the switch might need to be replaced. I opted to pick up my car understanding

Very Knowledgeable staff. they ran a full diagnostic on my transmission only to find out that that my differential was leaking. their prices are not too steep but i believe you could find cheaper shops but other shops might not take care of you like Fort Mitchell Garage.
I will be there in the future to do a full repair on my differential.
