For you convenience we have an after hours drop off area located in the driveway on the Montgomery Road side of our building. Please park your car in one of the four parking spots and leave us a note with your contact information, and how we can assist you in the car. Please remove your valuables, and lock the car.

Always a great experience there. Friendly, knowledgeable, experienced, and efficient, they've got it all! They might be a little more expensive than your run of the mill mechanic, but these guys are anything but run of the mill! If you have a foreign car, take it to them. They will walk you through what all is needed, what can wait and what needs to be done now, and get you a fair price on it.

The front desk representative was very rude and said my issues with my car wasn’t important to him. Also said my oil leak isn’t something i should be worried about at the moment. That is very unprofessional for someone at business to say to someone coming to spend their hard earned money. WOULDN'T RECOMMEND!!!

Auto4N far exceeded my expectations. I had my truck towed there thinking I had a bad transmission. They initially confirmed that it was going to be a costly repair which I agreed to pay. When they started the work they called me back to let me know it was not the initially suspected problem and that the repair would be much much less than I originally expected. Honestly I probably wouldn’t have known any better and they could have easily charged me 3x what they did. Keith kept regular contact with me and let me know what was going on at every step. In today’s world trust and honesty seem rare

Peace of mind is paramount. Appropriate pricing and professional attitudes make Auto4n the best place to get your car taken care of. I had my 2008 328i serviced recently and I knew it was going to be done honestly and on time. Quit searching for marginally cheaper pricing elsewhere bc quality will take a big hit, and just get it done at Auto4n.

It started with my bmw's suspension making a noise. Since I hadn't taken my car to a shop in Cincinnati yet, I figured that Auto4n would be a good choice since they were reviewed so highly, especially by other bmw owners. I can say that these guys absolutely live up to their reputation. Not only did they figure out what the problem was, they also identified multiple unrelated issues, the whole time taking photos to show me and explaining what was wrong. They know their stuff. Their rates were completely fair, and they were totally understanding about me not wanting to have some of them

One of the greatest service experiences I've ever had at an auto shop. We have certainly found our new go-to garage for the Maintenace of our German cars. The owners here put customer service above all else, the number of 5 star reviews they have is no joke and well deserved. They want above and beyond for us to stand behind the work they did on our brakes and were always honest, thorough, easy to work with and communicated well. Easily the best mechanic shop in Cincinnati.

I would give these folks 10 stars if I could. This is not your typical auto repair shop - they excel at providing great customer service which is so refreshing. They inspected the brakes on my X3 and 535 and even told me how much "life" I had left on my brake pads before they needed to be replaced. A few months later I brought my x3 in for replacement brakes since their quote was cheaper than the BMW dealership and they had so many positive reviews online. I don't think there's anything scarier than hearing a new (and cacophonous) noise coming from your car. You don't know if it's going to be a 50 dollar noise or a 1000 dollar noise. So to say I was stressed, would be an understatement.
I had had a smaller service done here a while back and decided to call them to set an appointment. First call immediately put my mind at ease. We discussed what was happening, talked preliminarily about what it could be and scheduled for me to come in the next day.
I got to my appointment and was immediately checked

Took my car in for some shuddering. First time, they were unable to replicate the problem, didn't charge me for the checkup. A few weeks later it happened again and my engine light came on. Took it back in and left it overnight.
Throughout the next day, the kept in contact with me, updating me when it was being driven to try and replicate the problem. It was a cylinder misfiring, but I have no real understanding of cars, and was incredibly pleased by the fact that they were completely willing to break down the problem in ways that I could follow.

Had a bad experience here. There was some questionable pricing along with a $50 inspection fee. One of two estimates was $120 for spark plug replacement. Originally, I gave them 2 stars.
Left a review that included my negative sentiments and the owner, David, called me a few weeks later. He apologized for the bad experience I had, explained how everything should've happened, and offered a full refund for the inspection.
