We understand mental illness. Prior to entering a home to provide care, we assess the level of assistance required as a whole and collaborate as a team to determine a comprehensive care plan. Each care plan is constructed with goals and objectives for individuals to achieve with the support and encouragement of their caregivers.

Our pre-employment process requires candidates to provide proof that he/she is authorized to work in the United States in addition to successfully passing a criminal background check screening.

Megan did not help me at all. In fact, she caused more problems for me and ENCOURAGED my divorce. I DO NOT recommend Megan Humphrey. She should be FIRED.

They never returned my phone calls I have bad traumatic brain injury and I don’t kno if I am speaking to the right person or explaining my self clearly or if they need more referrals or whatever it is but I’m having trouble speaking to someone that has the understanding of what’s going on

This company cares so much about their clients that they go the extra mile to try and match the RAs with each individual so that they work well together. I haven’t been able to work in years, but this being my first job back, I can tell you it’s great! The match between me and my client has not only changed her life, but mine as well.

Not that I hated it,it's how I was treated but most companies like them are the same cant give them your all. Cross ya "T" and dot your "i" when dealing with them and I wouldnt take on a fill in for others
