Services
Our history began in 1930 when the original diner was delivered by truck to Honesdale, Pennslyvania and was situated on an empty lot at 920 Main Street. The incorporation of the "railroad car look" and use of the word diner were efforts by manufacturers to streamline designs identified with speed and efficience.
The delivery service was right on schedule for the requested time. The pizza was hot, fresh, and bellowing steam out of the box. The first glance at the pizza was pleasing as it was cooked thoroughly with a golden to darker brown crust and cheese which was melted nicely with some light browning in spots.

Well they make great food no doubt about that..but it is 5:35 and we called three times in 3 minutes..no answer so that kinda sucks being its a little bit away for me to want to go out of my way..its a small town but its a big area and everything in the country is a little bit away. However of ypur driving through give this place a stop..good food great prices...ya really cant go qrong..unless you call..

#FoodReview. This was my first (and last) time visiting Scarfallottas. The servers were all wonderful but the LED lights located in the outside dining burnt my eyes out of their sockets... Wish I took my blue light readers with me... Also I spent forty five minutes just reading the menu... I don't mind having options but it look like an encyclopedia index!!! Too many words for me... I'd give the food 3 stars but I had to give the overal 2 because of the lights and menu. Next time, I'll probably go to Hot Dog Paulie's... love it there

I had stuffed flounder (with crab) and hubby had a burger with blue cheese. He said it was a great burger and my flounder with crab stuffing was excellent. Our waitress was very attentive. The only disappointment was dessert. Most diners we've stopped at have massive desserts that are well-known in the surrounding are. This one had fewer selections, and hubby had apple pie. It looked very much like a store-bought pie, and tasted like it too. Waitress told us it was homemade, but then frozen. Main dishes were definitely worth it. Dessert wasn't.
