They have a clean dining area and friendly service. The food is always good and my orders are done in a timely fashion. Just wish the food was less greasy and a little more flavorful. Your basic Chinese restaurant.

Use to be the best Chinese around.. Now even on a Saturday from the main dish to the egg rolls.. It all tastes old. Still the best egg drop soup

Have to say I don't place many reviews. This was such a cruddy letdown. I dropped $30 and threw away $28 worth of food. Eggroll was reheated, rubbery, yellowed, old.
Ordered shredded Szechuan beef combo- the cornstarch wasn't even cooked off small amount of meat pieces and while the fried rice was old, mushy gloop.. Zero full grains, broken rice while a third of it was still white.
Cold sesame noodles were warm and bitter. How is peanut butter bitter?
Steamed dumplings were all dough, barely any meat, sauce tasted like watered-down soy sauce.

The food is great but whoever the woman is that takes care of the phone calls is VERY rude. I called to place a LARGE order… and she asked what kind of soup i wanted, it took me a few seconds to think of which soup i wanted and she said “call back when you know what you want” and hung up. I’ve never had that kind of experience before and i order out a lot. Very disappointing.

We've been getting takeout Chinese from Hawley and Hamlin for over a year, thought we'd try sitting for dinner this time. Seemingly clean with friendly staff. Well used, as there were guest prior to and continually coming in while we ate. Large menu and portions, 4 of 5 had left overs.

China castle is one our favorite restaurants in town. My kids love the fried pork dumplings and I love the mooshoo vegetables. We've liked everything we tried.

Typical Chinese food, nothing outstanding but tasty and at a very reasonable price. Very good, quick and friendly service. I'm definitely going back real soon. Should be Four and a half stars,

The meal I had at China Castle was the best Chinese food I have ever eaten. Each part of my meal was juicy and tasty, to the point of me going out of my comfort zone and try a mushroom in my dish, which I usually avoid and dislike. Even when it was something I normally do not enjoy, the food was amazing. The water chestnuts in my dish we're not too hard or too soft, the one bite of sweet and sour combo amazed me with the tempura batter, somehow being absolutely perfect. It was like the sweet and sour chicken I had growing up was somehow made wrong, and I was awoken to a perfected meal. My one regret
