I like this car wash I just feel sorry that we don’t have one close to our house it looks very fancy with all the colors !!! I had my first experience yesterday night I was surprised that there is a happy hour not sure from what time to what time… but instead of paying seven dollar you pay five dollars! The only bad thing it’s that nobody will brush or pre-clean your wheels… they were not told your car I’m not sure if because the cheapest price or if you have to buy the expensive selection to be April to get the full full full service

IWarning. They messed up my paint and then denied my claim on my Lexus RX. Just brought it from the dealership and it was parked in my garage.
Update 11/5/21. Just called guest services because Adrian read this review and asked me call but that was like caling a brick wall. No one cared. Just. kept repeating that they closed my case and I am responsible for their damage
.You just lost 2 memberships thats $480 a year when am sure this fix would not have cost you anywhere.near.that amount. Told me to "go.through my insurance Ok?"

my place to go when I have to run my baby thru an automatic wash...very soft and no trauma😏vacuums always work, the place is super clean and workers are always there to help out with transactions. only bummer is they get super busy on Saturdays but hey that's to be expected!

This is my go-to reliable spot for a quickie wash. For $7 I'm always 95% happy with the results. I wish the air blower at the end worked a little better, but again, for $7 my expectations aren't incredibly high. I just make sure I drive down Lake Mead directly after to blow off an additional water!
Customer service is always exceptional when I need help at the kiosk putting my credit card in because I didn't pull close enough too.

Wow is a good place if you'd like to give your vehicle a standard cleaning - quick and good pricing. You can purchase microfiber towels, fun-size armor all packets, windshield cleaning liquid spray, etc from their vending machine on site. I selected an option which I wasny entirely satisfied with but they do honor the "satisfaction guaranteed" and have had to run my vehicle a couple of times, so at the end of the day my truck looked and smelled brand new.

Usually this place is a 5star business. But lately it has been going down hill and today was the day they earned a 0 rating if I could.
Damage to a vehicle is never a good thing. It started going through the car wash in the beginning.
First the girl couldn't decide it I should pull more to the left or right, that she made me hit the right rail and damage my rim on my new car. I usually pay 20$ for wash, towel and dash cleaner. But this time the girl wouldn't sell me a cleaner stating it's only for membership holders.
After a small argument that why I couldn't get one I went

It was my first time here at WOW car wash and all I can say is that it was extremely clean and it did a wonderful job! It did so great that I decided to get the monthly membership for the most expensive car wash! And the vacuums are free and they work really really well! For $39.95 a month to have unlimited car washes is definitely worth the price! That price includes wax and all kinds of other good stuff! Thank you Wow Car Wash!

I like the convenience of this location and the service is always great. Someone is always available to describe the washes and price differences when you check out.
I only gave it 3 stars due to the cleanliness of my car afterwards. I go camping quite often so I have a fairly dusty car after the weekend is over. I gave my car a pre-wash at home with the hose to get a majority of the dirt off so I could get a better clean. This time I paid for the $15 wash instead of the $7 wash and there was literally no difference. I had to hand wash many areas when I got home. There were spots and streaking

This WOW Carwash is easy to enter and typically has a line. It should be noted that a stock Ford F250 Super Duty can go through this wash without damage. The clearance I believe is 7'2".

The price here is reasonable for the quality of the wash. I typically buy the most expensive exterior wash. I believe it runs 15.99.

I recently visited Friendly Ford for service on my vehicle. I was given a free car wash voucher when I picked up my vehicle and I headed directly to WOW Car Wash. As soon as you pull in from the street, signs clearly direct you to the main gate where you scan the voucher or pay for a car wash. I scanned my voucher, grabbed my receipt and pulled up to the car wash. A very kind and friendly staff member directed me into the car wash and pointed to clear directions as to what I was supposed to do. I sat back and enjoyed my time going through the carwash.
