I've been going here for a couple of years. They do a good job. Prices are reasonable. I've done the basic wash several times, a luxury wash, and a detail. My car has looked beautiful every time. I detailed my 3 year old car and they made it look brand new! It was probably cleaner than when I bought it! I brought my mom's car in that had never had the interior cleaned...4 years of dirt, dust, and yuck. You couldn't even tell her car was neglected for so long. I highly recommend them for a quick car wash.

My car window trim was damaged (bent, scratched) after having my car washed here. they took a little longer then all the other cars & i paid no mind to it until i got back home and noticed it. it was out of the tracks it slides on along with it being pushed or shoved back in its place as if somebody had tried to hide it. i went back to let the managers know and both of them said they could do nothing about a $90 trim piece for my car. i would not recommend this place at all. BMW same one they have as wallpaper on the website..

Today, I paid $31 and got the Executive car wash for my Honda CR V. Car wash was fine. The car wiper assigned to finish my car is the problem. She only spent 15 minutes on our car, and about 5 minutes of that was just standing around and talking and hugging her friend. Very shoddy work! Bug spots on the front of the car were not wiped clean. Glass by the passenger side view mirror was dirty and not wiped clean. Also, the glass in the instrument panel and around the steering wheel were not cleaned or wiped clean of dust. Even dust on the gear shift panel was not dusted. So disappointed in the Craig

We took our cars here paid $155 per car my car was still dirty and windows streaked. My daughters car seats were soaking wet they did something to the air bag sensor when they talked to the manager he basically said oh well to bad so sad. Please do not use this car wash if you value your vehicle and money.

Came to get a car wash, I was the 2nd person in line waiting before they even opened and everything went smooth and quick. until I examined the car myself and noticed it wasn’t even wiped off properly on the outside. they didn’t even touch my grill?! even my windshield was dirty on the passenger side because they love to sit their towels on there before they get touched by somebody. not impressed because this is my 2nd time coming here and my first car wash was perfect and it was cheaper.

I have been going to this car wash for 4 years and today I brought in my brand new Chevy Tahoe for a hand wax and the guy told me I needed clay bar treatment so I agreed although I knew the price was very high. I paid $205 for the exterior detail. They left swirl makes all over my car. My husband has worked at car washes before and knows about cars he has his own auto glass/ tint shop. He told me I didn't need the clay bar since the car is brand new but I already paid for it so what was done was done . The thing I'm most upset about is they lost my hubcap off of my car!!!!

Went this afternoon for a wash, it seemed really quick but they were not that busy. When I got home I noticed dust on my doors, streaks on my windows and my back seat windows were never even cleaned on the inside (because the finger prints were still there). I go to a full service car wash to get my inside done... I just spent 25 bucks to come home and wipe it all down again myself. After 10 years of going there, I won't be going back again!

DO NOT GO TO THIS CAR WASH!!! THEY WILL DAMAGE YOU VEHICLE & WILL NOT PAY TO FIX IT!!!! I've been going to this car wash for 7 YEARS, I take both of my cars there to get washed multiple times a month. I recently brought my Range Rover in to be cleaned & the trunk is automatic, the person who dried my car off forced the trunk open & closed & now the automatic release & close no longer works & they REFUSE to pay for it, saying they didn't do it when I watched them do it!!!! Stay away from this place, the manager Charlie is rude & does not want to take accountability for ANYTHING!!! I will be taking

Excellent friendly customer service. They offer several car wash options, detail services, auto glass repair, freebies, web specials and email specials.There are discounts for seniors and military. They recycle their water. Masks required. Indoor and outdoor waiting areas are clean and social distance. They do an excellent job. We are never disappointed. I don't even know how to start. The my car still looks dirty. They didnt even try and remove the very sticky parts of my car. My car is BRAND NEW and it came out this carwash with chipped paint, scratches. This would be the second time I get my car washed and this happened. I get that they aren't responsible for things that happen to the car BUT THIS IS RIDICULOUS. IT'S A BRAND NEW CAR. The one that hurts the most is the big long scratch on the hood of my car. That one is SO NOTICEABLE!

I went in to get the free new/used car wash along with the $110 detailing service they offered and did not get what I expected from the detailing. There were several spots left without cleaning, didn’t vacuum very well and I had some of my personal belongings thrown away. These belongings weren’t things you could easily consider as trash like a work knife, cup holder accessory, gloves, etc. Overall didn’t get the detailing I expected for the price I payed. Although I do appreciate their customer service, they were very nice when attending.

I have been taking my vehicles here for several years. I admit that when I first started coming to Craig Road Car Wash several years ago, I had the same issues as others where there would be "spots" inside and outside the car that had to be re-wiped. However, I always made sure to point out the issues before getting in the car and leaving. Look, we are all human, and we all make mistakes. As a customer, I take responsibility by making sure that I walk around my vehicle and check the interior before leaving. If I see something wrong or something that has not been done, I point it out

Horrible place to take your car. Don't be fooled by all the cars. We were first time customers. Service on a weekday was super slow. Employees don't care about you or your car. Our car sat in the hot sun for 30 minutes waiting for someone to dry it. When I checked the vehicle the guy who cleaned my car got offended I asked him about water spots. Their $25.00 package doesn't cover Armour All on the inside. The guy wiped our windows down with a dry rag!! No window cleaner. Don't waste your time or money!

So I had completely forgotten about my previous review on this place which was about year ago...so I went back because my other car wash place missed a whole bunch of spot on the minor detailing...which I obviously choose wrong because this place was no different, only difference between here n my other place is pricing, which I honestly could've washed my car 3 times w the amount I played

They do not wash your car properly and have horrible customer service. I asked for help by the manager William and he threw his hands up and said I WILL NOT DO ANYTHING TO HELP YOU! My car was not cleaned nor was it even vacuumed! I will not be returning... SAVE YOUR MONEY!!! You're better off going down the street to Fabulous Freddie's at least they will make sure you have a fabulous day!!!

I've been taking our car here for years. And up until today where it took 65 minutes to get the car washed, as I watched the breakdown by the minute, they've always been exceptional. Listen, it's okay, mistakes happen. What's not okay is when I call the manger to the carpet who proceeds to say I have no idea what I'm talking about, refusing to take ownership of an immediate problem which unfolded -- which that's his prerogative.
And it's my prerogative to take my cash
