I ordered a birthday arrangement, by phone, from out of state. They were very easy to order from. They were so helpful, and made the arrangement both personal and beautiful. ....I can not express by a message how Powell Florist is #1 in Knoxville, here's how. I live in Lexington Kentucky and a very close friend of mine brother in law passed. We both do large computerized Christmas displays like the ones you see on T.v. I literately called every number on the first page of google for Knoxville florist. Not one single florist was willing to help me. Powell Florist came to the rescue as I stated we (love) and I mean love decorating.
