I had an out of state wedding and ordered all my flowers over the phone. Diane was so accommodating and helped me design my dream flowers from 600 miles away. She envisioned exactly what I wanted just from two… small inspiration photos and my shotty flower descriptions. Before you go to this store for any occasion, consider going to others. I went to abloom on Mother’s Day knowing most of the selection would be picked over, but hoping I would find something worth the trip. And I did, it was priced at $70 before tax, however I didn’t buy it. The reason I didn’t is the staff. Or at least the 2 out front. I don’t know how many people were in the back, or working on arrangements, so I don’t want to loop them into this. I went in, not being greeted, which is okay, that didn’t bother me. I called this morning, Friday, March, 2021. I live in Illinois and was trying to buy flowers for a friend's birthday in Knoxville. I called and spoke with Tina. She was super friendly and very accommodating. I gave her some information about my friend and she recommended a beautiful arrangement, see below. I received a gorgeous Abloom Florist bouquet last week from a friend in New Hampshire, which was delivered the morning of my birthday in the midst of pouring rain. When talking with my friend later that day I learned that she had called Abloom Florist, and together they had designed a bouquet to her specifications. My family from Kentucky ordered a beautiful bouquet for me because I had a major surgery. But what was delivered was a very small like hand bouquets stuck in a vase. I called them and told them I didn’t receive the flowers and to thank them. They wanted to see a picture of them and I sent them one. One of my sisters got very upset because that is… not what they had ordered. They were embarrassed. Special thanks to Diane for going out of her way to make my parents 50th wedding anniversary party a success! Diane personally delivered the fragile gardenias to my house, and they were and smelled amazing! (My Mom wore her gardenia corsage on Sunday--the day after--she loved it so much.) Abloom is great!

I was sent flowers from an out of state family member and the service used Abloom for the delivery. Flowers were fresh, arranged nicely, & a cute balloon was attached. These ladies were tremendously helpful in designing and delivering a bouquet to our high school graduate for us. We live in California & my step-daughter lives in Knoxville. I emailed a photo of something I had seen and liked, and wanted to re-create, to Dianne. She and Hazel made several suggestions on to accomplish designing it. They took care of arranging a delivery time for us with her. She was thrilled, and they were beautiful!
