From the moment I first reached out, Amy was responsive and detailed. She worked with us on every order revision and really helped us bring the bride's ideas to life. They did an INCREDIBLE job for my wedding day flowers!!!! Matt and his team at Echelon Florist did our June 2020 wedding florals. I cannot brag enough about his work. Truly, they were the most beautiful flowers I could have asked for. It's a wonderful thing to have someone bring your dreams to life, and he did that for our wedding. I told him what I wanted, shared my Pinterest board with him and he truly delivered. Ordered flowers for my wife's birthday. Easy online ordering was a nice feature. Flowers were delivered as requested. The flowers both looked and smelled great. I would no doubt use them again as they gained my trust with this purchase!

This place is great Beautiful Flowers!!!! They are so friendly and have great customer service in there. I have used them for Mother's Day and many other occasions and they have always gotten the orders correct and they are lovely and done on time. The prices are great too I def suggest using Echelon Florist the next time you need flowers.

First time I've ever ordered flowers from a local florist instead of proflowers - and the experience was wonderful.
1. The order was delivered within 24 hours of placing it (and it was placed on a Sunday). That is without expedited shipping!
2. The arrangement was beautiful, see photo.

I will continue to use Echelon for all flower orders to my loved ones who live in and around Knoxville. I would only request that they add more to their online ordering options because I'll definitely be back for more.

Very patient and understanding when order placed even on a Friday afternoon for a Friday delivery. Accommodating. No doubt the flowers will turn out to be as nice as Gary.

You should never buy flowers from anywhere else in Knoxville. I have been sending my mom, step mom and girlfriend Echelon flowers for as long as I can remember and they produce the most beautiful, creative arrangements every time.
