Mover's beware!!!!All State damaged the floors in my new apartment with deep gouges and scratches (see sample pictures). All totaled, over $750 dollars worth of repair charges. Filed all the paperwork and documentation in their bureaucratic 3rd party claims process and never heard a thing. If you like paying double, go with All State, who "gouges" your money and your time. No accountability and no response. Negative stars should be a rating!!!!!!

I booked with Allstate movers to move my home on 11/20. I received a very prompt quote from the owner, Amir and it was very reasonable. After booking, I was contacted to confirm my appt by the head mover Sonny. They arrived on time masks on and booties available(we didn't make them wear it). I had a team of 4 and they all introduced themselves and quickly got to work. I always feel bad watching how hard movers work but this team reassured me that they are there to work and get the job done with as little effort from me and my fiancé as possible. Everything was expertly wrapped and well put together

Really bad experience with these movers. Made delivery very stressful. Asked more money due to some walking involved to the door which was fine per rules but when we are handing him over money and while he was counting cash conveyed to us that we can pay if not he can take the delivery back. Why would you say that to people who have paid you in full in advance and have been waiting for delivery for 2 weeks. Just trying to be a diva. We offered them water so that guy can chill a bit. We researched a lot of moving companies, got a lot of quotes for our recent move. We had a double move in and out of a storage facility within a 2 week period and into a new house. Not only was All State the best priced but the crew we had were the best I've ever seen. They were fast, they were careful and considerate with our items and they were problem solvers. Jefferson and his crew were simply phenomenal. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Hopefully don't have to move for a long time but I wouldn't think of hiring anyone but these guys.

Nobody responds back!! The salesman seem nice until you call and email everyday to find out where your items are and you get no response. They say your items will be delivered in 14 days but really they have up to 21 days or more.
They up charge for everything even on delivery day they make you pay cash and try to up charge you for every foot they walk in your house. And expect you to still have a bunch of cash for their up charges and if you don’t have more cash on hand they keep your items. Don’t use this company!!!!

Jefferson, the lead for my crew introduced himself and his team and did a walkthrough with me before the moving started. They communicated and explained things along the way.
The overall price was a bit higher due to wrapping up my furniture with blankets and everything but i can confidently say there was not a single scratch or chip on anything and i am very happy about that.
When you are getting your estimate, just make sure they include the rental or buy costs for blankets and such.

Day of, they came in prompt and wasted no time. I booked them for 2.5 hour min and had them move me out of my studio. I was out in an hour, which includes them breaking down my bed. They set up my bed and also unloaded everything in about 2hrs.
They were not like cheap cheap ($500) but they were cheaper comparably by a couple bucks and were beyond professional, nice, and just really amazing.

DONT USE THIS COMPANY...The movers sent to pick up my things were extremely RUDE. Im in management so I know a bit about what decent customer service should look like. When the lead mover got out the truck he immediately started yelling at my neighbors and I because the parking spaces were too small. I was not given the heads up as to the movers moving my things from the front of the house. Most times, in our building the back was more suffice.

Extremely well organized from the point when I requested an estimate, to scheduling the move and follow up on details of when the movers would arrive. Great communication in the weeks before the move to make sure all was on schedule. The entire process and costs were clearly detailed at all times. In fact, the costs were actually less than… estimated. Outstanding, courteous service, showed up exactly on time. Very professional, made sure all items were safely stowed for a 300 mile trip. The movers were quick but careful, great work on a very hot, humid day. I highly recommend All State Movers

I used this company last, giving one price was charged 2x the quote. The 3 movers took 9hrs, they broke items, disassembled my bed didn't reassemble it said I would be charged, the lead guy who was very rude broke my tv stand. This company was horrible! Would recommend nor will I ever use again. Then they want to go through all of this claim crap in order to be partially compensated. They deserve 0 stars.

I would give these guys all the thanks if I could. I had only done local moves up to my last move with these guys. So when I made up my mind to move out of state I was very worried, especially about the move. I was recommended All state movers inc by a friend who also moved out of the state. I couldn't be any happier with this company. From the… first phone call with their sales rep David all the way to the last furniture placed in my home, the entire move went smooth. They were fast and very respectful towards my belongings. These guys are the best, very highly recommended.

I should have hired all state movers in the first place. But in order to save some money, I hired a company which cancelled the appointment on the moving day. Luckily, this company dispatched a crew for me who… performed the move just perfectly. They delivered all my valuables in great condition. I am so grateful to this company and their amazing movers who worked tirelessly. In the end, their prices came so close to the quote that other company gave me. People should stop trying to be over smart and just hire these guys.

All State did an awsome job. Krystal was propmt, courteous, and very helpful.
I had to move a very short distance (from Schaumburg to Elk Grove).
The movers came in on time (Adrian and his two staff members), and even called me 15min before arrival just to give me a heads-up, in addition to Krystal calling me the day before with a courtesy call assuring me my reservation.
Adrain and his guys were quick and efficient. They packed all TVs and a couple others to prevent damages. Disassembled and re-assembled my beds. They also laid out blankets so that they won't ruin my new carpets by walking
