Customer service is fine, and the doctors available are good.
Had a charge for $200 for missing an appointment. I have ADHD and was trying to get treatment for this illness that causes me to forget and miss things like this but they have been absolutely zero help in getting it resolved or assisting with any billing inquiries.
I would recommend you stay away.
Edit: I received a call from AMC regarding the above issue not long after posting this review and they reversed the charges. Still not the greatest customer service, but it is greatly appreciated and was my only issue with AMC. moved from

I love this place. i was very hesitant at first due to all the reviews but my insurance recommended me a provider. my provider is amazing and she really tries to get to know me not like past providers i have seen who just do the regular "mmh" and do not really care about how you feel. like they are just there for a paycheck. every one i have spoken to in this office is super nice helpful and understanding. from the front desk office to billing! they have gone out of there way to answer any question i have had. including billing who have on multi occasions called my insurance since they they weren

The staff is great and really helped me through some of the hardest times in my life. Not sure why there are so many negative reviews on here. They never canceled any of my appointments. They helped me petition my insurance for services. I’ve had a great experience here!

I wish I could give this 0 stars. Do not trust these people with your wellbeing or mental health. They do not care about your ongoing wellness. My psychiatrist (DR. SWAIN) recently joined this practice and when I tried to schedule an appointment with her through Achieve, they said she was fully booked, despite her telling me she had room for me. I was essentially abandoned by Dr. Swain and the staff were unwilling to assist or empathize with the situation to even the slightest degree. They told me they had no liability to me and were unbelievably rude. They are cold and unethical and have no business

AWFUL COMPANY, FIND ANOTHER ONE! While my doctor herself is pretty good, their administrative side is atrocious. I've been lied to multiple times, they've made promises that were not fulfilled, I've been gouged to fill out paperwork which they can't seem to deliver to me after two full weeks, and in the mean time overcharged for - yet they can't handle it and their billing department never picks up and even though I've left messages for days (and they promise a callback within one business day), have not heard back from them.
SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE, THIS COMPANY IS TERRIBLE.

I was scheduled for a virtual therapy appointment (after being rescheduled already with a different therapist, not at my request) for a month away. I patiently waited for my appointment and even received a reminder text message from them. At the time of my appointment I waited by my phone and never received a call. So I called the front desk and they stated "your therapist might just be held up with another patient" so I waited another 15 minutes and still no call from the therapist. So I called the front desk, yet again, and was informed there "might have been" another issue going on and to wait

Would be a zero star. I was unable to get my prescription because they felt that it is more reasonable to hold my prescription for a late fee as well as my ability to speak to the doctor. 100 dollar no show fee to an appointment i didn't schedule is more important then making sure patients receive depression medication. When reading their website they make it seem as if people are what matters, what actually matters is money. I understand people need to get paid honestly i would have paid it on the spot if they would have been more considerate with my need to get my medicine which i have now not

So I had the worst experience with them so I came to write this review and I just saw all these reviews. I had a referral from my family doctor. I called and made an appointment. They asked for my credit card info. Thats not a big deal. Many other places do that. The worst part was after I gave them my info and was told that I will be contacted for a virtual meeting due to the pandemic nobody ever called me! But guess what happened. They charged me 800$ for an appointment that never even happened because I never got a call from them. I am filling a lawsuit against them. This is not just bad business

Wish I could give this place 0 stars. Do not go here for any treatment at all. This is by far the worst facility in the county. The front office women have the worst attitudes and they will hang up on you. If you pay out of pocket, you will be overcharged and you will have to struggle to get any preauth paperwork filed with your insurance company for medication. Their system for contacting patients before appointments does not work. Tried to report them to the California Board of Medicine, and they refused to give license numbers of overlooking doctor and nurse practitioner Brittany Watson.
