I am thankful to all of the Emerald Peek nursing staff and team for helping me gain the ability to get through the prosthesis process, and the extra effort they put into helping me get it is overall a blessing. Our 97 year old mother was a resident of Emerald Peek Nursing and Rehab center for 3 weeks in October 2021. She was admitted for physical therapy for 3 weeks. The family decided on Emerald Peek after visiting another rehab center in the area, because we were given a comprehensive tour of the newly renovated physical therapy center, by Margaret Everlith, the Admission Director. During our tour we met and spoke with Maria Tissier, Director of Rehab. Maria explained the protocol used for physical therapy patients. I would like to thank Ivy and all the staff at the Emerald Peek Rehabilitation and Nursing Center. They have been totally helpful through out my mother's stay at the facility and the staff has been awesome with her and helping me with paperwork and keeping me updated with the latest progress on everything, especially her case worker Ivy. They have been so helpful during this time of personal adversity and I couldn't ask for a more awesome team of personnel dedicated to patient care. Thank you to all of the staff!!!!!

This is a fantastic rehabilitation center. The staff is very polite and kind. I like to give special thanks to Ivy. Ivy has been there every step of the way. Always answers any questions and was always on top of any situation that arised. She is fabulous in all she is doing and does. My mom's good friend is a patient at this place. I took my mom to visit and the people there are very nice. It was really busy and the staff were talking to the patients and the patients looked happy. There was an angry patient and this one aide talked to him and calmed him down. The building was clean and the lobby almost looked like an apartment building lobby. My mom's friend said she was happy she went there. If you are looking for a place like this, you should definitely check it out.
